My name is Em. I am fourteen years old If you're a weird person, I'd be pleased as piss to call you my friend. If I could do anything for the rest of my life, it'd be listening to music/making music. It's my passion; it's the only thing I live for. I wish for nothing more than to inspire you I swear that I'm worth your time, and if you're going to judge me from my about me then I suggest you stop reading it now because I honestly suck at explaining myself. I have an eccentric imagination; at times I like it, at other times it scares the shit out of me. Let me get inside your head, and you can get inside mine. I love intellectual conversations about everything, so start one with me. I love to watch movies, but none that you'd be interested in most likely. I like horror movies. If you’re my friend, you should know that its hard for me to show how much I truly care about you. I don’t know why, I’m like that with every single person I know. I sing just about everywhere I go, from the hallways of my school, to the lightrail with my friends. And regardless of whether or not you enjoy it, I'll continue. Do I believe in them? Not really. Do I have hope that they could be out there? Yes. I've recently realized that I help everyone out with their problems, but I never try to help myself out with my own problems. I hate how the world is often looked at as a cruel, messed up place. True, there are a lot of things wrong with it, but nobody takes the time to see the true beauty in it. There could be a million great things happen, but one small thing go wrong and everyone is attracted to that one negative thing. I have no religion. I feel that religion fucks with your mind and rules too much of your life. I won't judge on your beliefs, though. I believe you want to be with friends when you feel like being yourself. I might act like im the best thing that’s ever happened, but in truth, I have too many flaws to count. I make it seem like I take everything for granted when I'm actually just too shy to show how thankful I really am. I'm tired of living in a world where people are afraid to be themselves. It bothers me when people say they aren't afraid of what others think of them, but then won't wear what once was their favorite Hollister t-shirt because it ruins their "hardcore" image. I dress how I want. If I like something, I'll say it. If I don't like something, I'll tell you. If people hate me for liking or not liking one thing, then maybe I don't want to be friends with someone who judges so substantially. People need to figure out if they really do care what others think of them. Learn to be your own person. Listen to the music you like. Wear the clothes you want to wear. Be friends with who you want to be friends with. In the end, you'll find the people who truly accept you. Never give up. Who cares if you don't make it out alive? At least you'd be remembered.
