Lets see...time for an update...My name's Robin, I'm 16, I live in Corsham, Wiltshire, England. I love my music, all sorts, metal, punk, rock, classical, and most branches of those genres. I play bass, and guitar, I'm told I 'm good at bass, not so good at guitar :P I try to play drums but...to put it nicely, I don't succeed :D I act as an online counselor for many people, so, if you ever need someone understanding to talk to, feel free to talk to me, I'll always be willing to listen. I think my friends are great and they are very important to me, I don't know where I'd be without them. They're great. I like to drink and smoke marijuana, legalize! I like partying and having a good time. I'd rather live a short life enjoying myself, than a long life being careful.I don't use drugs to enjoy life, I use them to enhance it. The story of the prohibition of cannabis hemp(that's the real name of weed/pot): Cannabis hemp was found to be useful for making better quality, more environmentally friendly paper, clothing, fuel, food, medicine, you can use it for most things. Because of this, the companies that make the products we have today were afraid they'd be put out of business. These business were already rich and powerful, so they could easily control the media. They spread word into the newspapers of "the evil hemp plant" and this quickly became the popular image of cannabis hemp. People began to rally and protest because of the plant. Very soon the government decided to bring in prohibition. This ilegalization of cannabis hemp is ineffective, all it has done is made it's smokers considered criminals, therefor increasing crime, making the need for smuggling and drug trafficking, would it not be more safe to have it sold in shops instead of having dealers dealing on street corners or outside schools? I say bollocks to these unjust laws, legalize cannabis! Some useful facts: 1.No one has ever died from cannabis use, unlike alcohol, or prescription drugs. 2.Although there has been some cases of cannabis induced psychosis, smoking cannabis is relatively harmless, less likely to cause cancer than tobacco, and less damaging, also, than alcohol 3.Scientists have been unable to prove cannabis to be addictive 4.Cannabis is one of the most nutritious foods known to man, it contains all the essential amino acids, and several essential fatty acids 5.Cannabis Hemp can be used for much better quality, and more environmentally friendly paper, clothes, fuels and many other products. So, who says cannabis should be illegal now?
I love music, playing and listening to it. My friends. Going into town. Drinking. Smoking cannabis. Smoking spice, salvia and taking other legal highs that can be easily accessed, despite being more harmful than cannabis.
Dislikes:
Stereotyping. Lies. People being unjust and unfair. The government. The way the human race has tried to deny responsibility for global warming and other serious issues for so long that we've now got less than 50 years before dehydration and famine become rampant. People who refuse to accept me for who I am. People who are always trying to blend in instead of be themselves. The police. All enforcers of rules and law. The rating system, it causes unnecessary competition between those people shallow enough to care for it.
Favorite Music:
I like all sorts of music, my favourite genre would either be metal, or classic punk, but I also enjoy rock, hard rock, soft rock, pop-rock(some of ti, anyway), j-rock, punk-rock punk, classic punk, pop-punk, metal, heavy metal, death metal, thrash metal, grindcore, alternative, indie, classical, brit pop. I like blues and jazz, but don't really listen to them very often, too. The only stuff i really don't like is dance, and talentless manufactured pop artists, entirely aimed at making money.
