x__layouts__x is a cult for the people who are obsessed with making new layouts. Having new layouts on their own pro. Here you can apply for a higher position to make and post new layouts and you can find layouts for yourself. Other talk about whatever you want. I dont care what you post here as long as you are not spamming the cult. Please do not edit the tags on the layouts unless you have permission. Respect the staff and do not steal the layouts, otherwise their will be a price to pay. Enjoy the cult.

--I’m not going to be making layouts for a little bit so I will provide background images for you. If you need any of them altered in anyway just let me know and I’ll send you the altered image a.s.a.p. I do not steal images and call them my own, most of my background are things I drew then edited. If I used someone else's image I edited it. So please do not remove my tags. - loser_seven

--YO! Long time no see. I am back. Original Cult Leader is no longer with us and I am only a Root member so I can only upgrade you to Admin status, but I'd be happy to do so for a few of you.
