We are a roleplay cult set in a world parallel to our own.

The twelve signs of the Zodiac are represented by figureheads who govern those that fall under their respective signs. Four elders guide these leaders and govern all. The Ley Lines converge at points over the planet and create abundances of elemental energy. The four elemental shrines are located at these points.

At one time in Solus' history, the energy source at which the Fire shrine was located began to stagnate. Thus, it was relocated and life went on.

Ophiuchus, a rogue libertarian, was the only one to question what caused the stagnation to occur. He later discovered that these outpourings of energy were disruptions of the planet's energy flow. His aim since then has been to gather those who side with him to overthrow the original twelve. Ophiuchus believes that the focus should be on converging all energies into one, thus creating the ultimate way of life.

The original twelve believe that the ebb and flow of these separate energies are natural and that tampering with them could cause a cataclysmic apocalypse.

⊱ This cult is set in a time and place in which the modern technology we know and enjoy does not exist. However, this world does employ a different kind of quasi-steampunk technology that runs off the energy of the Ley Lines. We encourage you to use your imagination, but please don't go overboard.
