Tails-N-Scales is a cult dedicated to owners of exotic pets and their special creepy crawlers. This cult is designed to be a forum to help those with these bizarre beasties provide the best possible homes and care for their animals. The concept for this cult was actually developed during a quest for health remedies for a hedgehog. It occurred to me that it's rather difficult to find a lot of neatly sorted information about multiple types of exotic animals in one spot.
So? I offer you Tails-N-Scales! A place for people to discuss their not-so-ordinary, furry, scaly, multiple or no-legged friends. Enjoy! Please: Post in the Introduction thread first!
WHAT DO WE MEAN BY "EXOTIC PETS"?
Well, there are more than a few different animals that come to mind when discussing exotic pets. In some cases, one's definition of exotic can change based on something as simple as location availability. To give some idea of the animals we're discussing, this cult includes but is not limited to: Snakes
Lizards
Frogs
Hedgehogs
Chameleons
Tarantulas
Ferrets
Centipedes/millipedes
Bats
Etc... Those are a few examples of the animal types you'll find here.
WHAT CAN YOU FIND HERE? Here on VF, there are a number of cults devoted to just one type of exotic pet. Hopefully, Tails-N-Scales will become your one-stop shop for:

The Red-Eyed Treefrog!
Red-Eyeds are the most in-demand amphibian on the herpetocultural market today. Their prominent coloration and tame temperament makes them ideal for sparking interest in beginner keepers, but keeping amphibians is not as straight forward as people with no experience might think. Halloween4me 247 has done a good job at keeping this cult active since Hex and I have been so busy with school as of late. Thanks so much for being a great admin, I'm sure you'll make a great root! :)
