2-Make suicide threats or post suicide notes (these are triggering for some members)
3-Remember that everyone has their own opinion and you don't have to agree with it, just respect it
4-Dnt typ lyk dis - It is hard to read and staff often have to edit threads.
5-Post pictures that members may find triggering
We have had some problems with this in the past and staff DO NOT take to kindly to it. We are all here to help and support one another though hard times, please don’t take advantage of it.

5. Please read the Quick Tips thread before posting new threads asking for ways to stop cutting. There are alot of helpful things there already.
