1. You are allowed to be brutal honest, but please be more polite.
2. Rate the application from 1-10 [1 being the worst and 10 being the best], get rid of the one for nothing.
3. You can only vote if you are in the main cult with 30+ posts and is active.
4. People that are only active in the application cult will be deleted from BOTH cults :]
5. Don't judge applicants purely on HTML, judge on pictures, effort and attitude.
6. If you have "big problem" with the applicants, the best way is NOT to vote.
