Regulations

001. Do not remove credit or steal any of the designers work.
002. Do not request the same thing from multiple designers.
003. No spamming or trolling.
004. Fill out the request forms correctly or it'll be ignored.
005. Only provide clear & quality images when requesting.
006. Respect everyone equally and do not start unnecessary drama.
007. We do not take requests outside of the cult, must be a MECD member.
008. Broadcasts are sent out, they are generalized statements. If it applies to you, you will know. If not, then do not reply.
009. After 2 warnings you will be banned from the cult.

Welcome to MECD

MECD is one of the oldest design cults on VF.
We will provide you with awesome, easy layouts and graphics to suit your taste and needs. We will teach you how to do extravagant things with photoshop and gimp, as well as answer all the questions about designing that you may have.
We're not only a design cult. We are also a cult to hang out and share your ideas with. We have threads to post in of a variety of and games to play. We want you to enjoy what you're making and have pride in what you do.
