There is no true law within Havok City. That's probably how it got it's name. Vampiric Sins stand at the top of this city's "food chain."

Widely feared, but never hunted, they are the first of all Vampiric species, the strongest, and the longest lasting. Demons reside within Havok City now, there aren't many and they seem to fade within the background as they watch vampires kill the few remaining humans. Sin Seekers live a life of pure sin to nourish the Vampiric Sins.
