If Grotesk must be put into a class it is as follows. However we would like to think that we adhere to a number of categories. If you care at all you will take some time to read this to understand if you really want to be a part of what we are.

People can be a form or art because we create ourselves. Our personalities, our bodies as a canvas, our fashion, is all within our creative control. Furthermore it extends to what flows from us into works or art, writing, singing, dancing, playing instruments, sculpting, painting, drawing, makeup, textiles, modifications, and so much more. Art is not limited to a thing that is created. It is anything that we as individuals can affect in a creative way. Something much deeper and more complex then a typical view or art.

Grotesk is an exclusive art cult. Our goal is to stimulate ourselves with intelligent conversation, creativity, inspiration, and culture. As well as comparing art and literature. We thrive around the intricacy of other people who have the qualities of true individuals.
The criteria to get in is taste, talent, style, creativity, complexity, individuality, aesthetics, intellect, personality, confidence, wit, depth, passion, and culture.
There is a certain deeper beauty that comes from intertwining more then one these elements. We create ourselves, we modify ourselves, and we better ourselves.
Because we want such unique members you do not have to fit into the perfect puzzle piece described above. No single member has every trait, but no single trait is enough to be here. It's about the beauty of true individuality. But most of all we want to grow as people. For that reason if you do not have something to add to the cult then you will not be accepted

This is not a popularity contest. You do not have to know a member of the cult to get in, nor does knowing a member grant you acceptance. Not getting in does not mean you are not beautiful or that you are without talents it just means that you are not right for the cult. We do not have a reject list so you can see how exclusive we are because it's not about that. There are no rules here except be open minded and respectful. If you have something to say then be intelligent and constructive about it.

Beauty isn't just about aesthetics or a few good qualities. Beauty is a much larger concept then your typical beauty cult will portray. It goes beyond aesthetics and intellect.
