The Beginning Emo_Hair was created on March 06, 2006, at 11:47am by a girl named Shannon. At about 300 members, Shannon then realized that she was too busy for what was now an inactive cult. So she passed it down to what is today's current cult owner Nicole. After about a year, the cult started growing and became one of vampirefreaks.com's largest and most active cults, now with 1500-3000 posts a day, and 42,000+ members to this date. Many great staff have come and gone, helping out along the way,
as well as very strong supportive members and friends.

In Emo_Hair, we enforce the rules and regulations of Vampirefreaks. Especially No Porn. I do NOT want my cult or any staff members in trouble for your actions. If you fail to do so, you will be reported to the VF Admin. Vampirefreaks Rules found HERE.

If you want hair or make-up advice, post a new thread and give us a good detailed example of what you have or what you want. Be sure to include pictures as well. (But please, do NOT abuse this privilege, repeatedly posting the same threads is considered spamming.)

Please, try to keep on-topic in the threads. It's not a big deal if you go off, but we don't want to change a whole lot of the thread's meaning.


The following is considered "whoring" yourself, so if you wonder why you have a warning title of "Whoring self" this is why:

Do NOT advertise your cults/profiles/websites/videos here, unless you are allowed to do so in a specific thread.

You are NOT allowed to make your own Hot or Not threads, this is a form of whoring.

No one cares about you wanting to be popular. Don't be asking for SIGNS, RATES, or ADDS, or expect to possibly be INSTANTLY deleted.

No spamming within the cult.

Please try to use proper grammar!

You can ask permission if you would like to promote something by inboxing the owner for approval first.

If you do not follow VF or Emo_Hair's rules you will be warned 3 times. With each warning, it will be put in your cult username, to remind you of your cult warnings. After your second warning, you will be deleted -or- banned from the cult.

If you break a rule to an extent we find worthy enough to ban without warning, we will do so.

If you wish to have your warning levels lowered or removed, and/or become unbanned, contact the owner of the cult, to discuss terms and matters of negotiation of what may be done.
