Dear Student,

We are pleased to inform you that you have been selected to attend Durmstrang Institut of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Upon enrollment it is imperative you commence with our sorting ceremony.

Any Student who contributes to their house will be rewarded with points, which earns rewards. As such any student who shames their house will lose points and will receive no rewards.

The sorting ceremony shall start as soon as you enter Durmstrang Institut, & there you shall find out to which house you truly belong.

Please note that while you are here you are expected to be active and participate in your house's activities.

Term has begun, so join now! We look forward to seeing you around the castle.

Verstrugstand
Verstrugstand is home to the ambitious and intellectual of Durmstrang. Students who possess a great deal of creativity and determination. In the common room you will find many scholars, artists, future leaders, and your fair share of sarcastic smart-asses. The symbol for their house, is the dragon.

Treundrache
Treundrache is home to the brave and friendly of Durmstrang. Students who possess a great deal of nerve and loyalty. In the common room you will find many athletes, social butterflies, pranksters, and those with a certain disregard for the rules. The symbol for their house, is the phoenix.
