Try to vote as honestly and fairly as possible. (A vote over 7 is the equivalent to a YES vote, if you don't think they're right for the cult, then the vote should be less than 7).
Try to give constructive criticism and feedback with your votes, rather than a simple comment.
Do not be unnecessarily rude to applicants in your voting. To not find someone attractive is understandable, but don't be harsh or purposely offensive.
Bullying toward applicants and/or other members will not be tolerated. We all have bad days, but ongoing offenses will get you banned.
