○ Featured Member / Designer Change Every 2 Weeks | Every Other Saturday
— 1) On Tuesday (of the second week): Put up a Nomination/Submission Thread using the Default Text*
— 2) After members nominate 10 People (or Next Day): Put up a Vote Poll with the Nominees.
— 3) On Saturday: Change the FM / FD to the member with the most votes.
— 4) Inbox FM / FD asking what they want their Extra Link to be.
— 4) Update Layout: Featured Member / Featured Designer.
FM — 6) Put up a new Featured Member Thread**
FD — 6) Award with 200 DD.
* Use the text from the Previous thread and update the 'Uneligable Nominees/Submitters'.
** Use the Default Text in the Previous thread & Replace Picture / (User)Name.
○ Update DDG Profile
Staff; Updated after Promotions / Demotions / Hires / Quits. — 1) Sign On to DDG Profile.

Banners; Updated when members make New Banners*
— Repeat Steps 1-2 Above.

— 3) Copy&Paste HTML from another Banner in the proper section.

* If the Banner is not of good quality/design, DO NOT ADD IT. And make sure it is a tinypic image FIRST. If it isn't: Upload it at [tinypic.com] beforehand! Make sure it's in the right Banner Section (Regular, Signature, Invite, etc.)
○ Update Bank
Take the amount of the request away from the Requester & Give the same amount to the Designer.
For Example; heart_fucker posts "Animated Icon for Fucking_Rebel - 60 $"
This means you subtract 60 $ from Fucking_Rebel's DeadDollars.
& Add 60 $ to heart_fucker's DeadDollars.
○ Check Affiliates
— 1) Go through our Affiliates Section.
— 2) Check to see they are: Following the Affiliation Rules, Need to be moved on our list*, and/or Still exist.
— 3) If they aren't, please mention it in [HERE]
*Meaning they have more or less members than their original placement on our list.
○ Check Staff Invites
— 1) Go to our Staff Cult's [Invites Thread]
[Tip: You might want to open a New Tab if you're browser allows it]
— 2) Also open DDG's [Edit Members]
— 3) Type the Username of person's invites you're checking into the Edit Members Search Bar (Sumbit)
— 4) Click 'Staff Activity' under their name.
— 5) Look for the date of the invites & use your best judgment as to how many invites they did.
— 6) Go back to the Invites Thread; If the number they gave seems reasonable, edit their post.
— 6) Put 'Checked' next to the day/number of invites you checked.
Only checked invites without 'Checked' next to them already! & If you don't think the number of invites are right or don't find any, edit the post saying so.
○ Graphic Judge
Change Every 5 Days
— 1) Lock thread from previous week.
— 2) Add 10-100 DD to their User titles.*
— 3) Open the [Sign Up Thread]
— 4) Add Rating (1-10) & Amount of DD Earn (10-100) next to the previous thread owner's name. & strike-through next name with Rating Pending next to their name.
— 5) Make new thread for that person.**
— 6) Update Layout > Top Threads Section > Graphic Judge thread.
(NOT the Sign Up!)
* You calculate the amount of DD by multiplying the person's 'Most Rated Number.' x10. So 1=10DD, 2=20DD, 3=30DD, and so on.

○ Update DeadDollars / Usertitles / Graphic Hunt — 1) Make sure all the information/links/etc. is correct!
If Correct — 2) Add the amount requested to their DeadDollars.

If someone is Requesting a thread; — Make sure they have:
• 50+ Posts
• Posted
2 Pictures they want in their thread.
* • Specified whether they want Icons/Edits/Signs/Banners.
• Haven't had a thread within the last 25 threads.
• Haven't had 2 threads already.
If everything is good, you can add them.
— 1) Open [
Sign Up Thread] — 2) Click 'Edit' at the bottom of the thread.
— 3) Press Ctrl+F, type 'Most Recent Winners' (Right above the highlighted text, you'll the find the end of the list)
— 4) Copy&Paste the HTML from the last person to sign up, and replace the picture urls & name.
— 5) Submit.
If someone gives the Winners for their thread; — 1) Give the proper amount of points to the winners.
100$ for first, 75$ for second, 50$ for third. — 2) Click 'Edit' at the bottom of the thread.
— 3) Press Ctrl+F, type 'Most Recent Winners'
— 4) Add the winners under there.
Entries:
— 1) Add 10 $ to their DeadDollars (ONLY if the icon/edit/etc. has to do with the person - Nothing found off the web!)

*Check that the picture links work before adding them!
○ Update Intro Thread
— 1) Open the [Intro Thread]
— 1) Check people's introductions for who invited them.
— 2) If they say who; Add 3 $ to that inviter's DeadDollars
— 2) Then edit their Intro post with USERNAME Given 3 $
○ Inbox Designers
If you notice a designer request in the [DropDeadStore] OR [Names&Birthdays] thread, inbox the designer with the details.
○ Switch Up Games
Limit 4 Games up at once!
Try to vary them up, instead of using the same ones over and over.
○ Post New Discussions
Try to make them interesting & try to learn towards more 'Artistic' topics.
Make sure we don't already have a thread where it can be discussed.
○ Tally Contest Votes
Count up the total votes for current Votes.
Only after every 5+ people!
○ Check Contest Entries
Check if contest entries are following the contest rules.
If the entry goes against the rules, edit their post with the rule they're breaking!
○ Keep Track of the DropDeadStore
When you do a request; — 1) Edit their post saying you are taking care of their request.
— 2) Once finished, upload it to [
DDG_PickUp]
* — 3) Delete their post.
— 4) Say which Graphic you made (icon, edit, etc,) Whom you did it for, & How much it costs in the [
Bank]
Make sure requests are getting done; Don't make people wait weeks for one request!
Try Your Best; Try your best with each graphic you do, how do you like receiving a graphic someone didn't even really try on?
Anyone DOESN'T mean No One; If you don't have any requests, we would appreciate you to take it upon yourselves to do a quick request for someone else every once in a while.

Just watch out to see if you've been requested.
You should be inboxed if you are, but it doesn't hurt to check.

○ What Stuff Can I Do?
You can find what your jobs are by clicking on your cult status (Mod, Admin, etc.)

As for Posts/Invites, we expect you to do about 150 Posts & 300 Invites.
Please remember to post what you do around the cult in the [Job Diary]
& To post your invites in the [Invites] thread.
○ How Do I Update User Titles / DeadDollars?
Only Admins+ Can!
— 1) Go to [Edit Members]
— 2) Type the Username
— 2) Click 'modify user title'
Or you can go through the user's cult status; Located under their icon & name
To Edit the user title of someone who's equal status, you Must to go to Edit Members!
○ Can I Update My Own User Title / DeadDollars?
Unless you are a Co-Owner, NO!
Co-Owners still have to post in the Graphic Hunt though, and wait until another staff member checks their post.
○ What If I'll Be Inactive / What If I Can't Be Staff Anymore?
Tell us why & how long you'll be inactive OR why you'll be quitting staff in the [Inactive / Leaving] thread.
○ What If I'm Having Problems With Another (Staff) Member?
Inbox the owner [HERE] with any complaints you have.
○ Are Only Designers Allowed To Do Rating / Pic Comment / Staff Sign Requests?
No! ALL STAFF can participate with these requests, but you will NOT get DD for Ratings or Pic Comments!
If You Rate; Edit their post saying you Rated 10 - YOURUSERNAME
