3. Responsibility: This is a message board, we cannot diagnose you. we can not prescribe medication. we cannot cure you. we can only offer advice and personal experience, in the end it is your responsibility. always try to seek help from a trusted persons and a profesionals.

4. Activity: you are not required to talk about subjects you feel uncomoforatble talking about but please check in once in a while. We do ask that you post on a regular basis at least.
