CIOMS stands for:
[Community of Intelligent and Open Minded Stoners]

This is an Application Cult:
Simple requirements:
1. You need to be 16 or older,
2. You must smoke marijuana,
3. You must be intelligent and open minded.

The goal of this place is to be an organized atmosphere for intelligent discussion and debate, and to be a calm and entertaining community for people who smoke weed.

[We don't judge you based on whether or not we think you're intelligent. We judge mostly based on whether or not you're open minded. If you can't spell (to the point of us not being able to understand your point), or don't seem respectful (and are not old enough), that's when we'll reject applicants.]
