Welcome to the little town of Cypress Hollow, where thing's aren't always as they appear to be.
In a time of politics and posturing not unlike the Victorian Age, one Family lords over all. Every Family consists of one species or another, inbreeding keeping the bloodlines strong and pure. Every Family hungers to wear the crown, to sit in the throne and be the ruling empire of the land. Nothing will stop the insatiable need to be the best of the best.
Like in any political situation things are never as they seem, no one ever has limitations when greed is their number one priority. With people so ruled by raw emotion, treacherous alliances are common but taboo in polite society. The slight cover of manners cannot make up for the treacherous water these families tread. To succeed to the throne your appearance has to be spotless, but your closet stuffed with skeletons.
As a member of a Family with a thirst for power, you will scheme and plot against the other Families while trying to keep the secrets of your own hidden as well. They say blood is thicker than water, but even blood can be diluted and thinned...

They're Coming...

Things beyond the average for Cypress Hollow have been stalking our proud families. Now it's not only about the politics, the families who wish to survive need to be strong and able to defend themselves. A siege is coming upon our quiet town, which family will be declared the best after the onslaught begins? The family with the most kills at the end of the month will be our top family.

Failure to follow the rules will result in a warning. Depending on your actions, you may end up banned from the cult, or reported to the VF admin.

This is a serious RP cult, meaning there is a minimum of at lest 5 sentences per RP post. If you're incapable of that this is not the place for you.

No godmodding, your roleplay may only control your own character and what they do. In THIS cult, it is possible for your Character to die.

All users are allowed one character to begin with, you earn your extras here.

There is no "Elemental magic." The only special abilities available, are those that will be handed out by staff or the Family leaders.

Indicate dialog and actions, make it clear for everyone. [preferably just use different colors to indicate them] Use correct spelling and grammar. Also make sure to read previous posts before posting.

Make your first post in the intro thread. Once you are welcomed, you may begin playing.
