The mission of this cult is to offer advice, help, love, and support to ANYONE.

We specifically aim to help who are suffering from mental health issues of any kind. This includes, but is in no way limited to those who are dealing with self-harm (self-mutilation, eating disorders, addictions, substance or alcohol abuse, etc.).
We are also here to support survivors of abuse of any kind.

When you join please make your first post in the introductions thread so we can do your usertitle and we'd love to get to know you.
Please also make sure you read our rules.

Our Policy: The cult has a Three Strikes Policy for rule violations. The rules which garner strikes are labelled as such.

The first strike will be accompanied by a 1 day suspension, the second strike will be accompanied by a 1 week suspension, should a member continue to violate rules they will be banned on their third strike.

Members who violate rules will be inboxed when they receive a strike. Rules: Rule #1: Be respectful of others. If you have nothing helpful/constructive to say, say nothing. Being respectful means being polite even if you have a difference of opinion with someone. Be civil with other members if you can't manage to work up being friendly. DO NOT be condescending or rude. Be polite or be silent. People come here for a safe/helpful environment.

Rule #2: Do NOT give harmful advice. You may think people will realise it's "just a joke", however sometimes when someone is sick or upset they could end up seriously harmed if you give harmful advice.

Rule #3: i)Do not post triggering images in this cult. This means no images which involve suicide/selfharm/violence/weapons/blood/substances (including tobacco&/alcohol).
This includes, but is not limited to:
ANY EMBEDDED IMAGES, ICONS, EMOTES
ii)If you post in this cult with a triggering icon you will be asked to remove it if you fail to remove it upon request you will be striked.
Putting a trigger warning on an image does NOT make it acceptable to post; the rule is NO triggering images.

Rule #4: DO NOT post "Goodbye"/"Suicide" threads and then refuse help. If you do so your thread will be closed and you will be directed to get immediate medical attention. If you just want to vent/rant we have both a venting thread and a suicide thread.

Rule #5: Do not use this cult as an inbox. Do not start threads aimed at or talking about other members. Also, do not use comments to bring personal drama you have with the OP into the cult.

Rule #6: If what you are posting is related to substances/alcohol/abuses/or harm it may be triggering to other members. If the thread you are posting the comment in does not contain a warning in the title PLEASE PUT "TRIGGER WARNING" IN THE SUBJECT LINE of your post so that members can easily avoid things which may trigger them should they need to. People who repeatedly neglect to do so will gain a strike.

Rule #7: Type legibly. IE; I h8 wen u tpy lyk dys itz hRd 2 r34d. Some people have dyslexia, typing like this is extremely annoying and very difficult to read. Typos happen, but try your best to type properly please.

Rule #8: Stay on topic. Threads have topics for a reason, please try to stay on topic when posting. If there's not a thread for the topic you want to discuss feel free to create one. Thank you.

Rule #9: DO NOT post multiple posts back to back in the same thread. If you'd like to edit or expand upon your previous post and no one has commented after it please click EDIT and amend your ONE post. Thank you.

Rule #10: Do NOT make spam posts. You are welcome to post anything you like as long as it does not violate cult or vf rules HOWEVER, random posts that contribute nothing to the topic/discussion/cult/etc will be seen as spam and repeat offenders will be given a strike&/suspended.
