Welcome to -x-teenage-outcasts-x-. We've been around VF for over 4 years and once was one of VF's most populated cults. This is a place where you can feel better about yourself without being surrounded by people who do nothing but insult you or try to make you feel worse then themselves. We're here to help so feel free to ask anything that's on your mind. Just be yourselves. We have contests, games and a staff that'll be more then willing to help you out. We're all for having fun but immaturity and just plain ignorence will not be tolerated. If you don't like the advice we give do not take it out on the staff and members or prepare for it to come back in your face. Constant trouble makers will get removed. We try to main a safe and relaxing environment for everyone. The cult is currently under construction, we'll be all fixed soon. :)
