Here in the City of Desires, the BDSM lifestyle is alive and the only way of life in this modern time based city. Here, you are either Master/Mistress or Slave; Dominant or Submissive. The city was previously ran by two rulers, Lord Gabrielle and Lady Juliet; who didn't make the city people slaves. Gabrielle has now fled the city due to search for the rest of his family and to perhaps find a new love after Lady Juliet was murdered. Luckily before the Lord of the City left he found a trusting friend of his, Lord Damien to take over, Lady Evermore following his side; but no one knew that'd he be one to put his people into slavery. Everything is changing in the City of Desires, the question is: Are you ready for this?
-Chained_Desires- is not an elite RP cult but it's not a fully new to role playing either; I do want some people who are more experienced in role playing and have a passion for BDSM. We may be another bondage cult, though we are different. Here, we give everyone a chance to be both Master/Mistress and Slave. Here, we let everyone run their own character's lives and plots. Due to the mature content within this cult, you must be at least the age of sixteen.

Lady_Rinoa
1. All VF rules must be followed within this cult.
2. Seeing as this is a mature cult, you must be age 16+ to join.
3.Even though this cult is based on the BDSM lifestyle, there is to be no full nudity within this cult. (Meaning no fully naked in the pictures)
4. We are not a cult for cybering or finding yourself a real slave or a real Master/Mistress. We are an semi-elite cult for roleplay that is more experienced.
5. Try your best on using correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and capitalization. Or leave the cult.
6. You must post first in the Rules thread, then second in the introduction thread, third in the character creation, and fourth in the character information. Do not post in any thread until you have these four and do not post in any RP thread until your character is accepted.
7. Do not create any thread unless you have received permission by cult owner, Lady_Rinoa.
8. Make sure to read through the thread description of any thread before posting that way you do not miss anything important.
9. Slaves cannot overpower Masters and Mistress, nor become a Master or Mistress just as a Master or Mistress cannot become a slave. So choose wisely.
10. Slaves are aloud to roam anywhere in Slave Central and in the City until they are claimed. Then, they are not aloud to go anywhere outside the Master's/Mistress' home unless they have escaped or were given permission.
11. Do not interrupt a RP. It can get annoying and piss some people off, especially if it is one the roleplayers that have been planning this for quite some time.
12. Absolutely NO godmodding. You may only control YOUR character. Not even Lord Damien and Lady Evermore are all powerful.
13. LEAVE ALL DRAMA OUTSIDE OF THIS CULT! If any drama starts up, either drop it or take it to inboxes. I will NOT tolerate any sort of drama. If anyone has a problem with another member, please report it to one of the owners. Do not whine about anything you may not like or leave the cult.
14. Do not kill off any character unless you are given permission by that character's creator.
15. If anyone within a RP is uncomfortable with the type you are doing, you must stop or take it in the other direction. If you join this cult, keep in mind that rape and violence do happen quite often.
16. All RP posts must be 5+ sentences. NO one/two/three/four liners! Try to be detailed as well.
17. The castle is for only the Lord and Lady, their slaves, and their invited guests.
18. If you join, try your best to be active.
19. Invite, invite, and invite! (If you don't know how, message the owner Lady_Rinoa and I will send you a video turtorial.
