Cryptik Howling c'est le miroir de notre société, interprété sous une forme de cas par cas à propos des comportements et des émotions humaines par l'entremise de la musique et de la poésie. Parfois dans la peau de ses personnages principaux, parfois simplement eux-mêmes et un peu dérangés, leur musique est influencée de l'horreur et de tout ce qui tourne autour de l'instabilité mentale à notre époque. Tantôt dénonçant des comportements malsains, tantôt les encourageant, mais toujours à se perdre dans leur perception du bien et du mal. Cryptik Howling reflects our society’s concepts, their music and poetry represents this with stories about human behaviours and emotions. Sometimes in the skin of their main characters, sometimes simply themselves and a bit screwed, their music is influenced from horror and everything about mental instability in our epoch. Sometimes they denounce immoral behaviours sometimes they encourages them, yet always to lose oneself in its perception of good and evil. The band officially started in 2002. However, in 2000, François (guitar) already had the concept in mind, a few compositions and two musicians with him to start. In 2002, soon after meeting Christian (guitar), the name Cryptik Howling was created. Then Eve-Lyne (keyboards), Dominic (vocal) and Guy (drums) joined in fall of 2002. The formation was complete in the beginning of 2003, when they met Réjean Bernier (bass). In fall 2004, after a few gigs, Cryptik Howling recorded Eternal Moon of Disgrace as a promo song with Yannick St-Amand. Réjean left the band after the recording and Emmanuel (bass) joined in November 2004. Cryptik Howling made their CD Release the 10th of June 2006 with no less than 300 fans showing up. The first musical offering from Cryptik Howling is sure to bring them among the elite within the best, melodic black metal bands from this side of the sea. This band is a combination of atmospheric keyboards, awe-inspiring guitar riffs and otherworldly vocals and will appeal to fans of Dimmu Borgir and Old Mans Child. Leur tout premier album, Vitium Intus, sortit en juin 2006, comprend 8 pièces et a été enregistré, mixé et produit par Yannick St-Amand.>   >  STEAL THIS BANNER! Look out for these bands as well!
