(Note I don't have any recent pictures of me on this computer. If you want to see my picture go to my myspace profile) I'm 19 years old. Will be 20 in a little over a month. Just moved to Tampa Florida with two of my best friends to try and make my own life and escape my suffocating small town I called home. We are working to get a band together as of right now. I play bass and sing. Morgan is the lead vocalist and may play a little guitar, not sure if he is. Ben is our amazing guitarist. He writes the music, which is always so unbelievable...and usually in E Minor lol. I write the lyrics. All that's still in the works though. I'm not gothic so to speak. To be honest I don't label myself. I wear what I want, what I'm in the mood for, whether it be all black with fishnets or ripped jeans and a band t-shirt. People in my hometown always called me gothic because I wore a lot of black. Sad thing is they haven't the slightest idea what gothic is. I myself don't presume to know exactly all of it. I adore vampires. Completely. And basically I'm a very nice person, unles you give me reason to be otherwise. I'd like to meet new people and make some new friends. I'm not looking for a boyfriend or girlfriend but hey if it happens, who am I to turn away. I love scary movies. I will see any scary movie even if it looks cheesy. Of course I'm a chick so I like romance too. I love musicals. My absolute favorite movie is The Phantom of the Opera. It is just too amazing for words. I love anything by Tim Burton like The Nightmare Before Christmas, Corpse Bride, Edward Scissorhands, Big Fish, James and the Giant Peach, Sweeney Todd. THe man is a genius in my opinion. I also love anything with Johnney Depp. He is the other most beautiful man in the world. Some of my other favorites are Crybaby, Becoming Jane, Atonement, The Other Boleyn Girl, Blood and Chocolate(though the book was so much better) Gone With The Wind, The Sound of Music etc. I'm in love with Kate Beckinsale so pretty much anything she's in, my favorites being Brokedown Palace, Click, Underworld 1 & 2, Van Helsing etc. Anything else you'd like to know feel free to ask.

My heart is split into two categories. First and foremost is my love for books. I'm a complete bookworm, and when I say bookworm I mean I've been known to spend almost $200 on books at one store. I will hole up in a room for days at a time constanly reading. My favorite books are those about vampires (naturally). But I prefer the ones that don't portray vampires in a negative light. I don't think they are evil, just misunderstood, like Frankenstein. People always hate and fear what they don't understand. My absolute favorite books are a series called Twilight by Stephenie Meyer. There are 3 books out right now with a new one coming out August 2nd and a movie of the first to open December 12th. I can't even begin to describe my excitement. All this being said, I love writing. I've written countless poems, songs, and stories. I want to be an author. I want to create a world people can escape to when reality gets to be too much. I love creating new characters and their different personalities and backstories. Now the other half of my heart belongs to music. Everything about music is beautiful. The words, the music, the instruments. I can play the bass, the flute, a little piano, and I love to sing. I want to learn the guitar, more piano, the violin, drums. I want to absorb anything I can, learn everything I can. Music itself keeps me sane. ~Forever my love is music. I will marry melody.~

Let's see...I hate people who judge. The people who for some unknown reason believe it to be their right to decide whether you are worthy of their time. To decide if you're a poseur or not. Who the hell are they to tell you what YOU love, what YOU are. People who immediately judge me are nothing as far as I'm concerned. And it's not just the popular preps that do it. There have been emo and goths to do it too. Just because I wear what I like whether it be black or fucking pink, I'm automatically looked at as a poseur if I decide to wear all black or like a metal band. They accuse me of this because maybe I decide to wear jeans and a shirt from American Eagle and listen to a mainstream band. God forbid I "pretend" to be like them the next day and say I love A Perfect Circle and wear all black from Hott Topic (my favorite store fyi). Ok I am a very open minded person. I like many different things. And since when are there fucking rules that have to be followed to be considered real when you say you like metal. Since when is there a dress code. Fuck you!! I like what I like and if you don't like it don't fucking talk to me. And don't talk about me as if you know me, because I promise you the second you think you do, you're so far from right. I hate liars and people who use others. I hate the game (you all know what I'm talking about. And btw you just lost) Why people can't be honest with the ones they care for is beyond me. We all have to act like we don't care to keep someone interested, and it's ridiculous. Yet we do it so as to not get hurt. Does anyone else see how twisted and fucked up that is?

I love rock music, whether it be Alternative, Emo, Mainstream, Metal etc. My favorite band is Avenged Sevenfold (and if you don't like them don't patronize me simply because I do. Everyone has their own opinions) I love Synyster Gates. He is a god on the guitar and the most beautiful man in the world. Their music is so underappreciated in my opinion. I also like Incubus, Foo Fighters, HIM, Deftones, Breaking Benjamin, Three Days Grace, Staind, Nickelback, Flyleaf, Paramore, and Evanescence. I'm a huge sucker for chick singers. I will listen to practically anything with a chick singer. I worship Amy Lee's voice. I like 12 Stones, The Used, Sick Puppies, Atreyu, Spill Canvas, Ten Years, Shinedown, Disturbed, Seether, Flaw, Skillet, Within Temptation, Story of the Year, 311 etc. I also like a couple British bands like McFly and some Coldplay. The list is endless really. I'll give anything a chance.
