I'm Chelsea. This isn't my first profile, I've had one off and on for the past 5 or 6 years. I have ME/CFS, a debilitating chronic illness which makes it so I can't work or go to college, so I live with my mom, always will. I have to use a wheelchair when I go out. The first year with it was difficult, but you get used to it, and learn how to cope.
I have a bunch of collections. Pinky and the Brain, Batman the Animated Series, Duck Tales, Freakazoid, and a number of others. I used to have Reboot, but one of my exes stole it from me.
I used to take paxil for it, but I didn't like how it made me feel. It made it so I was either emotional all the time, or very cold. I equated it to having PMS.lol I stopped taking them once I was able to get the attacks more under control. When I first got them though I needed it badly. I felt like I had no quality of life. But slowly I recovered. They gave me ativan at one point for it also, but all that did was temporarily make them go away, and then afterwords it'd make the attacks worse. And at another point they gave me Xanax and another anti-anxiety drug that I can't even remember. I chose not to take them however.
Still get an attack every once in awhile. I was getting one yesterday, because I was getting too emotional. I haven't talked to many friends in awhile, and I couldn't talk to anyone, and then I found myself thinking about contacting ex-girlfriends, and just making myself feel worse.
I haven't gotten BioShock yet. I was so behind on getting games for awhile, since I was strapped for cash, and my X-box was broken for what seems like forever.
I do. I saw there's a new movie coming out and new episodes of Dragon Ball Z Kai coming out. I used to be really obsessed with DBZ when I was younger. It's exciting seeing a new movie coming out.
I mainly like old slasher movies when it comes to horror. I like some thrillers also.
Same here about cartoons. I watch them when I'm feeling low, which seems to be often. I bought a number of old cartoons I used to watch when I was little.
Hi there Chelsea. I just saw your ad looking for new friends. I'm Adam. Sorry to hear about your illness. I don't suffer from anything too debilitating, but I have panic disorder, and it can make life hard. I sometimes avoid people, and have trouble making friends, or even working, so I still live at home unfortunately. It's also made it hard to focus on college. My disorder's common in people who've experienced lots of physical and mental trauma as well as people who might have hypoglycemia. I was never officially diagnosed with hypoglycemia, but I'm fairly positive that this may be if not the cause, than one of them. If my blood sugar gets too low I feel chests pains, my vision changes, I get antsy and sweaty, and I feel like I'm blacking out.
I also like me some manga and anime.btw I'm also gamer. I just recently got a new Xbox after my old one died. I've been rediscovering how much I love Skyrim lately. I'm also a fan of the Fable series.
My film tastes include horror movies(mainly older ones), and cartoons. I also like the occasional comedy.
