Music
Music is and always has been a big part of my life. I started to learn how to read music at 8 years old and started to learn how to play the flute at 9 or 10. I can also play bass, though I havn't picked mine up for some time now. I also like listening to music, just like everyone really lol. I mostly listen to metal and industrial and all it's sub genres, though I like some dance type stuff as well.

Films
I like most genres, comedy mostly, and some horror. In my pretentious early teen years I would have been saying 'omgz slasharama blud gutz everywar' type films, but mostly, they just make me laugh nowadays. I think Cradle Of Fear is the most ironically funny film I've seen in a long time. Chick flicks are awesome, I know it's incredibly 'un-gawf' of me to say, that 10 Things I hate About You is one of my favorite films ever. Also spinny 'fuck with your mind' films are great, like The Number 23, Silence Of the Lambs and Donnie Darko. I hate Star Wars.

Books
I love pretty much any kind of books. I devour them. Ones with religious sub plots are the best kind, The Mephisto Club is my current favorite. Though nothing will ever beat Harry Potter <3 Any thing Dan Brown, or Dan Brown like will probably get read multiple times.

Photography and art
Photography is one of my favorite things to look at, so much can be done with a camera. Pinhole photography always looks great, (Unless you use a flimsy cardboard box. NB: This fails hard at keeping light out). I love overly manipulated photography, and abstract things. With art I'm fussy, I don't like old art very much, but I love contemporary modern art. MOMA was great. I love fetish art and photography, though it's hard to find fetish photography suitable to put on under 18 sites, or to find without being bombarded with pictures of people shitting on each other and chicks with pieces of anatomy missing.

Fashion
The last three years I've been to Clothes Show Live and seen the amazing clothes and independent designers, and one day I hope I will have my own stall there selling my own handmade corsets. I think I will probably cry if I don't get into the London College of Fashion, but I guess U of Glamorgan will be my second choice. I'll probably try to get a job as a designer to earn enough to start up my own business.

Cities and nature
I Love big cities! I love the busy-ness and the high speed of it all. Going to New York has been the most amazing experience of my life and I loved every minute of it. Hopefully I will live in a big city one day, maybe Berlin or Stockholm. In nature I like anything that makes you go 'ooooohh' (I know that there's a fancy word for this that I learned in R.E. But I can't remember it) Specifically the Northern Lights. They are the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. Unfortunately only in picture form. =[

Dislikes:

Certain types of music
Classical music irritates me quite a bit, it's supposed to be relaxing, but it makes me fidget non stop. Which is ironic because I played the flute for 7 years.
Emo music. You killed metal. Once upon a time, Kerrang featured decent bands, ones who can play their instruments. Instead of 20 something men singing about raindrops and cutting their hearts out with blunt eyeliner pencils. Also black metal bands that just sound like raraagharagharaaggh. E.g. Meshuggah.

A lot of people my age
"Sorry, I don't want to talk to you, you're too young for me to have a conversation with" This is a farmiliar sentence. Why? Because most people on here who are under 18 are morons. Maybe if the majority learned what vowels were, fixed their caps lock, stopped trying their hardest to appear 'random' and read a book instead of watching Invader Zim, the minority might not have to try so hard to prove the generalizations are wrong.

Genre elitism
This really pisses me off. Especially with industrial fans. Because it's such a small scene people think they are '1337' for liking it, and when some newbie comes along saying they like the mainstream industrial metal bands and think they're industrial, the 'hardcore rivetheads' shun them. Everyone has to start somewhere. Bands like Nine Inch Nails and Mindless Self Indulgence are gateway bands, some newb listens to Nine Inch Nails, see's an advert on one of their sites for another band, and a whole new genre opens out for them. If there are no newbs, in ten years, scene = dead.
