my name is Joanne(Joan-knee), almost everyone calls me Joey.
Im 21 years old. I don't look my age, i know.
My hair is whatever color that is in my default photo. it changes alot.
I have 5 piercings and 2 tattoos on my left forearm and right shoulder blade. tongue, Snake-bites, and my lobes pierced.
Im horrible meeting people for the first time. Im either really quiet or i babble alot.
If i dont feel comfortable around you i probably wont talk to you much.
some facts about me:
-i read alot. thats not an understatement. when i say i read alot i mean i read almost constantly. when im not outside taking pictures or watching a movie or at Andreas im reading, even then im usually reading.
-i love photography. its a huge part of my life. i have two cameras, they are both my babies. my SLR is a Nikon N75. my DSLR is a Canon EOS Rebel XT. I use my canon the most, mainly because its digital and film is really expensive. I do use my Nikon alot though when i have film.
-Im a huge, and i mean HUGE manga nerd. its the same with anime, but i love manga alot more. if im not reading a book, im reading a manga. ive most likely read more than you. my favorite shounen mangas are Bleach and Naruto right now. i read them online, so im way ahead of were the american manga is. i absolutely love shoujo manga. ask me if you want to know more about my manga addiction.
-i am absolutely terrified of opening up and letting someone in. or letting myself get close enough to someone to fall in love. maybe it will change when i meet the right person, i sure hope so.
-my family is what i live for, my mom is literally my best friend. i don't know what i would do without her. my sister is my other best friend, shes 19months younger than me. we fight alot but what siblings dont. she pisses me off alot, but shes still one of my best friends. As you can tell im close to my family.
-i have a serious obsession with folklore. seriously, i read so many books on Fearies, Fey, Goblins, Werewolves, etc. its not even funny. mainly fearies though. if you think im talking about tinkerbell i will kick you in the shin.
-im told i have a really weird music taste. i love country music, i love rock, i love pop rock, alternative, celtic, older pop, christian, j-rock/pop. im not a big fan of rap though. it makes my ears bleed. i dont like hard metal either, i mean seriously, why would someone listen to something you cant even understand? i call it rawr music. yeah. some of my favorite bands/artists: blue october, breaking benjamin, skillet, meg and dia, taylor swift, montgomery gentry, alan jackson, craig morgan, celtic thunder, UVERworld, Abington boys school, Backstreet boys, Vitamin C, Seventh day slumber, older Atreyu, etc.
-speaking of christians, i am one. im non-denomonational christian. i dont care what you think about christians. i dont judge you for your religions or make fun of you or try and talk you out of your religion. respect mine.
