Well, even if that is true what does it matter? People are more concerned about earthly matters for the moment than what the government found on the moon. Curiosity has to wait for now. The people must change first. As it stands they know that government hides all sorts of things from them but they just don't care. So until we change that mindset nothing will happen and we'll never know what's on the moon.
Well, couldn't theories like this wait until the government falls? Most people dismiss conspiracy theories without thinking about them. I am not saying you're wrong or anything, but it's a pointless thing to address right now. The people need to change before they'll accept that sort of information. As it stands the general public just isn't open-minded enough to even consider it.
