I will not make you pay paypal charges that I incure but you will have to pay anything they charge you. V15U4L 3RR0R Policy All Items will be placed and sealed into plastic wrapping and then be placed in a Jiffy Bag for extra security. They will be checked thuroughly to ensure they reach you in the best possible condition. All Items will be tracked and a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can also keep track of your parcel.* In the event that a parcel should be lost, the most I can Claim back is £34. What ever I do receive shall be split in half to that you will get some compentsation and that I will have something to help recover the costs of materials. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. That includes your payment via snail mail to us. We register all of our packages, but once it leaves our hands we are no longer responsible for it. Dreads cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene regulations. However, I am willing to offer you a replacement set at a reduced cost. This shall be reviewed on a case by case basis. I like to communicate with my customers and let them know what's going on. I can send you photo updates of your order on request and I will send regular correspondences. Please note that it is advisable to save all emails incase an issue should arise. I can assure you, I shall be doing the same. Material costs are included in quoted prices. Discounts can be offered if materials are supplied by you. We are not responsible for customs and duties. It is your responsibility to know what duties and fees you will be responsible for purchasing overseas. Email – All emails shall be replied to within 1-2 business days. I will try and respond as soon as possible. If I don't respond after the second day, please feel free to email me again with your query. Photo Policy. All of my pictures will be water marked. IF you would like to use one of my photo's, please email me and ask permission. You will need to explain why you wish to use it and provide a web link to the site it's going on. If I find you've been stealing my pictures, I'll get in touch and ask you to remove it within 7 days. If you haven't removed it by that time, I shall be looking into what legal action I can take against you. Other services Dread kits into falls conversion - £10. This includes cost of materials and P&P to send them back to you. Please note that you will have to pay the P&P to send them to me in the first place. You can choose from strong fabric hair elastics, thick sewing elastic, lace or claw grip. Wash and reseal(UK only) - £15. IF you would like me to wash and reseal your dreads then I would be happy to do so. I do not charge more for doing this to a set of dreads I did not make. Installations - £10(local area). I am willing to travel further afield to install your dreads but I will charge half my travel costs as extra. I am still only practicing at the moment hence why it's so cheap. The price will increase once I be come proficient. If you live outside the Kent area and are willing to travel to me, Installations will be £5 to cover the costs of materials. Plus you get a cup of tea and a snack. Feel free to bring a DVD or two to watch while I do your installation. Braiding (Local area) - Natural hair - £35 With Synth hair colours - £55 (Again I'm practicing hence the cheapness) *International Signed for can only be tracked while it is in the UK. In some countries you can still continue tracking. Please see Royal Mail Website for further details. *1 I can make a single fall which will be fuller than a fall from a pair. *2 I do 60 dreads in a standard set. Full sets will have 70 and and extra full set will have 80. Of course if you don't want or need as many dreads because you have an undercut for example then please email me so I can recalculate the cost and charge you less accordingly.
