I like a wide veriaty of things including movies, games, books, music and anime tv shows. Movies I like include Saw (1, 2 and 3) Blade (all three of them), The Lord of the Rings, The Marvel and DC Comic movies, Star Wars, Aliens (all of them), Aliens vs Predator, Predator (both of them), Masters of the Universe, Narnia, Ninja Scroll, Ghost in the Shell and Akira. I am a fan of the Final Fantasy games and currently have them all. I like Resident Evil and Metal Gear Solid also. The anime TV shows I like include Shaman King, Dragonball, Dragonball Z, Dragonball GT, Naruto, InuYasha, Full Metal Alchemist, Bleach, .hack//SIGN, Basilisk, D.Grey-Man and Yu-Gi-Oh. I love reading and my favourate type of book is Fantasy Fiction. David Eddings is my favourate Auther who has inspired me to work on my book. I also like Terry Brooks and Michael Moorcock who have both given me insperation to complete my book.
I'm not the kind of person to have a moan to people if there are things I don't like but there are things that I can't stand. I don't like chavs or people that think they are better then every one else. People who pick fights with others for no reason, backstabers, cheats and liers. I like most music but I don't like dance, rave, trance, hardhouse or anything like that or country music. I don't like people that put things like "I'm not here to talk so leave me alone" in their profiles. If your not here to talk, why the hell are you on a friends community site? I don't like people who bitch about who I am and what I'm into. If they don't like me, then deal with it because I'm not changing for any one.
Lets see now. First of all, my name is Ashley, but I prefer to be called Ash. I'm an every day guy. I enjoy heavy metal music, anime, RPing, writing, reading and LARP. I am currently in the process of writing my first book which I hope to get published. I enjoy reading fantasy novels and my favourate auther at this time is David Eddings, I've read most of his stuff at least three times over. I also enjoy the Harry Potter series. My favourate bands include Iron Maiden, Nightwish, Within Temptation, Pink Floyd, Kiss and Metallica (the older stuff by Metallica). I also enjoy bands such as Cradle of Filth and Slipknot. But I will listen to all most anything except any type of dance anthem (hard house, trance, rave etc) or country. Yes. That does mean I listen to classical. I enjoy horror movies and am on a constent search for one that will scare me. When I say horror films though, I prefer monster movies. Slashers are always the same. A masked man, known or unknown, is going around cutting people up for some stupid reason. There is always a girl who can't stop screaming and gets caught and always some stupid twist to it. At the moment, my favourites happen to be an old school classic series in Hellraiser. The thought of them being remade, like Friday 13th and Nightmare of Elm Street, makes me feel sick. I enjoy all things fantasy. I love the concept of mythical beasts, magic and living by the sword. I guess, combining that with that fact that I love to RP (Role Play to those that don't know) and game a little, it kind of makes me a geek. But I don't really care. So if you do, tough. I've recently started to participate in LARP events. For those of you that have no idea what LARP is, it stands for Live Action Role Play. Basically, I dress up and run around in a field with weapons, fighting people. It's really good fun. To finish off, I help a friend of mine with her amateur photography portfolio. Yes, that means I do a little bit of modelling. This, by no means, means that I think I am hot stuff and have a body girls will love. Nor does it mean I am vain. In fact, though I guess I'm average looking, I don't think I'm that attractive. I only do it to help her out and have a laugh with a friend. And if I'm honest, it also gives me a confidence boost. Something I need after years of being bullied and put down by others. Nothing much to say now. If there is anything I've left out that you wish to know, message me and let me know.
