Nemo me impune lacessit. Do not fear the dark. Fear what it hides. If you wish to be happy, think not of what is to come nor of that which you have no control over but rather of the now and of that which you are able to change

About Me
A little about me... I prefer to be called by Skie or sometimes Dragon. Those whom I call family or friend may call me by my real name. You must earn my trust to be told my real name. For many years I've been subject to the term "Goth." Personally, I don't believe in labels involved with socialistic groups. People are who they are for one reason or another. You don't grow up and choose what you want to be. Just be who you want to. Labels are meaningless in the end of it all. For sanity's sake, I will use labels only to refer to people in an easier sense. 1st generation goths are those whom I look up to for guidance and advice. These second generation kindergoths are despicable and useless. Once upon a time people could listen to The Damned, Bauhaus, Siouxsie and the Banshees, and Joy Division without having a label placed to them. These days I've simply stopped caring what others think. It's useless to attempt to fix the world. It will take the work of more glue than that of one person. I will not delve into the world of politics and environmental dilemma's. For that you must message me and get to know me. In place of boredom I spend my time on the Internet, for I have no life with which to spend said time. I live in a small, boring, and invisible town far south of any real coherent thought. What few I've come to respect reside with me and stand at my side, ready to fight to the death for one another at any moment. It's all good fun though. One day I hope to move from here to a place somewhat close to the city, but still in the open where I can view the stars. It's a nightly pleasure of mine to stare at the moon and stars. If only I could see them here. Unfortunately, a chemical and oil factory are stationed close to my home and their death-invoking smog clouds out the sky most of the time. During the day, I spend my time away from the sun as much as possible. It is too hot, too humid, and too bright for my taste. The summer's can literally produce pools of condensation on you within seconds on a hot day. It's insane! One day soon I hope to work proudly behind the computer of my own radio center and maybe one day later have my own Bar & Grill. Ah, the dreams, the dreams....Anyways. I would have to say that I love my family and friends in some form or manner. My family, to me, is a little more expendable. As much as they would love for me to spend the rest of my life with them, I have bigger things to accomplish with my life. That is to be happy. Happiness doesn't necessarily involve my family. In America, regardless of the recession, one should be able to at least be happy and work where he/she pleases. In a comfortable position with fun and laughter. No one should have to be miserable their entire lives just trying to make ends meet. Life is too short to not live. One should live as if they were to die tomorrow. If not, then your life might as well be wasted. In accordance to my pleasures I will state them here. I enjoy the fine arts; artwork, music of all kinds, and great architecture. My own artistic talent was gifted to me by the Goddess herself upon my birth and I humbly accept it. With my talent I've been able to express myself through my pictures numerous times. My musical interests run deep. Most of my favorite bands tend to dwell in the Rock and Metal region, but my tastes venture far and wide. I stretch from country, to rap, to pop, to classical, to death, to gothic, to punk, and back around again to nearly everything. A list will be provided on this profile eventually of as many of the bands I enjoy as possible. There are hundreds. Much of my life revolves around the mid-evil and classical era's. There is much to be learned from these time periods all around the globe. I love the clothing, the styles, architecture, music and much, much more. It even works into my philosophies. I have a very old outlook on life. Many of the greatest thinkers were way before our time. There is much to be learned from the past, and that is why history is important. Where would we be today were it not for history? But I am not all about the past. I love the future too. Science Fiction takes up a large part of my extra-curricular activities. I love sci-fi books, usually involving the vampiric and magickal tastes. Authors such as J.R.R. Tolkein, J.K. Rowling, Steven King, Anne Rice, Marie Brennan, Lilith Saintcrow, Brent Weeks, and Terry Goodkind are just some of the brilliant people with whom I've come to know and love. Along with books comes poetry. As most do, I love it too. Many will agree with me on whom one of the best poet ever was and that is Edgar Allen Poe. Moving on to movies I'll let you know it involves mostly the same aspects. Horror's, thrillers, comedies, tragedies, and much action holds the center piece of my movie-oriented taste. I'd have to say that M. Night Shymalon is probably my favorite director next to Peter Jackson. The work they do is phenomenal. I believe that just about sums up my life in a nutshell. Of course there is much more, but it is meaningless information. My only peeve in the Gothic community is having to constantly be badgered by older Goths. Every time I meet someone usually around 25 to 45 that lives a gothic lifestyle they ridicule me about my own lifestyle just because of my age; referring to me as a baby bat and such. Well, I'm sick and tired of hearing it. So to anyone who thinks I'm inadequate of such a lifestyle...FUCK....YOU. Everyone else on the other hand...I welcome you with open arms. =================================

haha, well hopefully, being sick is no fun.
I did recently turn 18, about a few weeks ago, so I can go to the clubs, and do more things now.
But um well Good to hear though, I'm still looking for a job, I'm doing pretty good though ^.^'.
Still rather busy, mainly with art, getting everything together for college, I've got to send in one more thing- to make it official. But, heh regardless of that all I'm going to be swimming in debt- I'm forced to take out loans for it :/.
