My name is Nick, and I'm one heaping pile of eclectic what-the-fuck. I'm a painter, cook, writer, musician, and a sporadic DIY-er. My writing has been published three times, one of my short stories was mentioned by name in Fangoria magazine, and some of my art is going to be featured in an upcoming multimedia anthology titled Immanent World.

I've got problems with religion like you wouldn't believe and harbor a deeper vendetta with the catholic breed of crazy. I'm known to be a bit of a sexist, in that I don't advocate rolling over and worshiping women for whatever they say. Maybe it's just me, but I feel like if you're going to scream and whine for "equal treatment", you should probably realize that "equal" doesn't equate out to "better".

I'm physically attracted to men, and emotionally/personality attracted to anyone who isn't an utter douchebag. I have a huge weakness for animals, especially dogs, but I'd probably die if I tried going vegan.

I adore weird, surreal movies and I'm always hunting for more of them. My music taste is all over the place, ranging from old school goth music (Siouxsie and the Banshees being my current favorite) to Frank Sinatra, Lady Gaga to Laethora, all over the goddamn place.

I have six tattoos (planning a lot more), 3 earrings in each ear, and have a habit of collecting odd, useless antiques and things that I think look cool. I also have a budding love/interest in making bone jewelery.
