I’m Blake. (Real name’s Mark, but call me Blake!). I’m 19, and I live in the pathetic town that is West Milford. I’m actually from Garfield, and I’m a city person, not a hick/redneck. I’m a LaVeyan Satanist (not a devil worshipper), and I’m drug-free. I’m above politics, scenes, trends, and consumerism. I’m also above labels; I dress as what some might call “gothic” and I have this passion for black metal and death metal (among other metal), so some might say I’m a metalhead as well. But as far as I’m concerned I’m just me – I’m intelligent, artistic, and fairly outgoing. I don’t really judge people for anything, and as long as you’re an open person and we have something in common then I’m all for getting to know you. You’ll probably realize (sooner, rather than later) that I’m not ‘average’. I hate video games, I read books, I write poetry, I don’t listen to the kind of music people would expect by looking at the way I dress, and I sometimes like having deep conversations. Or, I can also have a simple conversation and joke around and hang out and party. There are certain things I won’t support but I respect people’s wishes, and all I ask is to be treated with equal respect – don’t call me a fag because I like bands that you don’t, don’t call me emo because I choose to wear eyeliner and dress a certain way, and don’t try and make an assessment of who I really am based only on what you see on this page. I’m currently learning how to play the keyboard, I’m actually not doing too bad, and I already know the basic melody for Cradle of Filth’s “Nymphetamine”. I hope to become a professional at it.
