Profile: I am Retnac. I'm an angel for some, and the devil for one. I'm a long way from home, and I wish to return. I could tell you more, and I probably will, but you wouldn't believe me even if I could prove it. Magic is real, I know that for sure, but because of the neglect the magic is thin spread in this realm. Let me tell you some things I learned, iron is evil, it holds no magic and can reflect it, when building a tempel, use copper or bronze nails. If you want to trap a soul in a puppet (not a voodoo doll, more like a man-sized doll) use a branch of cemetery tree to fool the soul that the doll is a resting place. Magic is always (when you use sigil magic) positive, that means; when you say "I don't want to be sick" you will get sick, because the magic doesn't know denial. One day I will save the world. Yes indeed, save the world, when some humans only care about the oncoming exam, or party, or when to do the laundry I'm thinking of how I can save the world. This realm is broken, these inhabitants are weak and driven by hate or greed (they want paper and metal disks, the more the better), nature is seen as "wild" the animals are "feral" they have to name everything, so that other humans can collect them until everything's dead and a fur on the wall. There are six billion (going on 7 billion) humans on this planet alone (and six or so in space) and it's a celebration when there's an extra one, and it's a disaster when one dies. But al these people can't grasp the fact that death is a part of life and should be accepted and NOT feared, for every human will die eventually, they can only live forever in songs or stories. But the way most people are acting they are not worthy of a song, why do they even bother living their small lives, doing nothing of value, just to die and be put in the ground to rot. Yes, of course, small action can have great consequences and small things have to be done so that faith can run its course. Aaaaaah yes, Faith. Well I believe that there are multiple "forces" leading us towards our "endgame" we are the pawns of these forces, and the forces don't always want the same thing, there could be 2 or 3 of them pulling and pushing you in different directions, different destinies, and then you have to make the choices and be rewarded, and be punished. The other side of me (not yet named) is a mechanic, an engineer, a scientist, but can you blame me? Don't you want to know how certain contraptions work? have you never opened up a clock to see the gears moving? I like to experiment with .... well, almost everything, you never know what you might get, for example: Plasma. And if you microwave metal, your microwave doesn't break, you could actually melt the metal, and plasma isn't magnetic (not the plasma I make, wich is carbon based, perhaps metalplasma could be guided by magnets, if that is possible I'll try to make a plasma gun, not a small handheld toy, but a big blaster mounted on the arm of bio-clank (clank=robot)). I will try to build Clanks and "Warjacks" (check warmachine) I'm working on the plans in my head, but there is so much I have to test, and I have so little time. If I can't save the world with magic, I'll save it with science, it's not as much fun, but the end result is more important.
