In 2007 a band called Ragdolls was re-born from being a cover rockband to a horror-punk band when Vikki Violence had enough of all the usual rock/metal music that was going on in his small hometown Varberg.
He wanted to create something new, mix old stuff with new stuff, shock people with twisted lyrics and wierd stage behavior. The bands original members from this time where:
Vikki Violence on guitar and vocals
Dr. Kratz on bass
Drae Toxx on drums.
The band did some gigs around in Sweden, wrote a couple of songs and recorded a demo named (simple and short) "Ragdolls".
One song they wrote for a band contest were "All Emo Kids Must Die", It became one of the most loved and hated song in their hometown of all the local bands. It's a ironic song and not something you should take to serious. Later at the end of the year the band split up cause of personal problems and lack of time. Vikki wanted to keep on writing music but none of the original members wanted to re-unite the band.
Vikki kept on writing music and one day in the end of the year he met Chx at a party at a friends house, they talked about Ragdolls and Chex really wanted to be a part of it, he wanted to do the same thing as Vikki were doing. They discussed it all over some time and in the end of 2009 they recorded the EP "Drink, Dig, Die", along came the second Guitarist "Damaged L" and the drummer "Broken Bridget" with a goal to go down into history as one of the best horror-bands of all time.
