Profile: My real name is Sean. I know it's not all dark and brooding, and it doesn't sound like something from an anime, or machine production facility. But us Alternatives need to stop making up silly names for one another, and just introduce ourselves by our real names. I'm here to network with creative individual souls, the kind that are passionate about what they do and search for others to create something with. People with inner fire, with soul, with intensity. I went to college and majored in digital photography and writing, I also took some acting, some fashion, and I took a little Japanese. 4 and 1/2 years of college, and I'm still homeless in the degree area of life. Call me a dabbler of all, an expert of none. I roam the creative and artistic lands of life, learning, living, creating... and dreaming to someday love. My friends and I have a Workshop in the suburbs of Chicago, where we make things out of leather, metal, paint, dye, machines, latex, bone... and almost any material you can think of. Besides that, I can say I'm one of a handful of people that can honestly call themselves a "regular" attender of events and Neo, in Chicago. My friends vend, promote, they are bouncers, they dance, they communicate, and they dwell within the weekly rituals of our sub-culture. It is my aim to unite more and more of us, into an actual "scene" again. I'd like to see a tribe of Alternatives, rather than just scattered cells of undergrounders. My likes and music columns are a decent portion of what I am into, there are alot of other things as well...but not everything is included.
