Send me messages!.. Miss you all!

Win Me Over

Rainbows
I am rainbow-obsessed. Longer than you, probably about 6 years now. People associate me with rainbows. I have a rainbow everything, -towel, shirt, pants, belt, socks, shoes, shoelaces, hairbrush – you name it, I probably have it.
Yes, I am gay. Very gay.

Shirt & Ties
I love the professional look. I love it as a trend. I wish everyone would look their best just because.

Squid
Oh my god! I love squid. I love reading about them and learning about them and the videos! I mean honestly, what is cooler than I squid?! Don’t reply to that. I love them, tremendously.

Trendsetters
Start something new. Be yourself. Just don’t do it crappily.

Questions
Ask me anything I love questions. Especially about my dynamic. Especially about in the bedroom.

Especially if you don’t have your own. Just because I’m not you doesn’t mean I’m not good enough. Kthx

Scapegoat-ism
Stop blaming others for your shitty life. Take control, and get out. There are ways, you need to find them.

“My life is so horrible”
Honestly, get over yourself. You have food, and a family, and more than likely friends who don’t want to hear you bitching either.
You aren’t starving. You aren’t homeless. You do have people that care.
STOP STARTING YOUR OWN DRAMA, AND START BEING POSITIVE.

Randoms & Thoughts

Randoms
-I never want to hear, "Do you want my honest opinion?" I thought that's what I was getting all along.-
I've been on here since '05, I just stopped coming here for about a year.. what was I thinking?! I think I just needed some time to grow up.

Thoughts
->I’m tired of peoples’ insecurities. There are worse things than thoughts and words. Being here, is not all that bad. I’d rather be here than in Sudan, and being machete‘d. Or in Darfur – where I could watch my sisters and mother be raped and killed, while I’m burning alive. Or in Africa, where children have swollen stomachs from starving.
->Labels. Everything has a label. Doors, windows, trees, people. People have labels. What if we didn’t label serial killers. “Oh he’s just a person.” Bam! You’re dead. All because of no label. What if we didn’t give people names, those are labels. Even words are labels. A label is just a definition. I don’t see many people saying, “Don’t define me, because I don’t want to be defined as a good person.”
People who don’t want labels should be called idiots, because that’s what they are.
->Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.
->We're all mad in our own way. Colors paint the grey away. Different people are the same.

Influential People
Jesse

Jesse is my boyfriend, of almost a year. We live two hours apart, and are finally moving in together. I could go on about our ups and downs, but that isn’t what makes it work. We understand each other. We’ve got each others’ back.
Lee

January 6, 1989 – March 19, 2007
Rest in Peace, Angel!
He was there for me, and if there’s a heaven, he’s there- watching over me. He committed suicide, and took that reason to the grave. He was my first “oh my god, I’m so utterly in love with him.” He taught me more about being myself, to laugh, and smile, than I could’ve asked about. He also taught me more about life, and living, through his death.
Sho

Missing since April 14, 2007.
This person, this man, has my complete respect. I know I can always look up to him. I hope that wherever and whatever he’s doing is making him happy, and I hope that where he’s going is best for him. I hope the journey there is filled with lots of experiences. I wish the best for him.
The Musketeers

Sean ~ Michael ~ Bobby
I can’t show just one of them, they were always together, for the last three years. Sadly, the last musketeer, Bobby, gave his last breath on Saturday, June 7th. Michael and Sean are my older brothers who worked at the AFC where Bobby lived. You’re never supposed to get attached to anyone when working in that type of business, but Bobby, was different. Bobby taught us so much. The biggest thing: Enjoy the small things. They were the best people to learn from that I could’ve asked for. Seeing them play together was amazing.

Books:
Perks of Being A Wallflower:
I love his writing style. It’s the most amazing. I took a writing class just so I could learn how to emulate it. He gave me my idea for writing the novel I am now..
1984:
War is Peace. Ignorance is Strength. Freedom is Slavery. This book opened me up to how much I really don’t like the government, and how much the above statements really make sense.
Animal Farm:
This one made me realize how much your memories actually do for you. And each time I’ve read it, a total of seven, I’ve learned something new. It also showed me how easily corrupted people are – and how if you give them power, they’re completely different people.
A Separate Peace:
This book showed me how relationships go beyond people, to places and objects, and how one little thing can ripple out into something enormous.
Five People You’ll Meet In Heaven:
There are a couple people who because of this book, I wish that there is a Heaven, just so I could meet them there. My boyfriend, and I wish I could say one more I love you.

Movies:
K-Pax:
This one changed my view on religion & the universe. It opened up the idea of universalism & singularity, respectively.
Momento:
That everyone has something to live for, whether they realize it or not, and it’s almost like they need to accomplish it, to achieve peace in their own life.
Hoodwinked:
That everyone has their own point of view.
The Emperor’s New Groove:
Because sometimes you need to just laugh stuff off, and sometimes you just need to stand up for yourself, and you mostly need to know when you need do which one.
Basic:
Again, that everyone has their own point of view, and that each person’s is different, so to get the truth you have to analyze the sames & differences of each story to learn it.
Fallen:
There’s more than meets the eye. Sometimes you have to look past what you see to what you feel- and believe that. That you really don’t know what’s out there, so you have to be careful. Keep your friends close and your enemies closer.

Quotes:
"All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing."
I believe this is very true.
“Imperfections are what make us perfect.”
Come to terms with yourself, and everything is okay.

Band:
Blink 182.
Their music just helped me, and probably others, through some hard times. I’ve been listening to them for 10-ish years. There were a lot of nights I stayed up listening to them. I still haven’t found another band that helps ease the pain. And I still damn them for their “temporary hiatus” in 2003. I wish they were back together, and I also wish I could find their ‘Mark, Tom, & Travis Show’ Cd.

Lyric:
“This place, it’s fucking cursed and it’s plagued and I can never escape when my heart it explodes.”
Blink 182. It epitomizes all my memories, and how they’re haunting me.

Meal:
Spaghetti Sandwiches.
It’s was the first meal at my dad’s house. It became tradition to have them each time I came over.
Detri.Mental. People
Okay, all these people annoy the fuck out of me.
If you know me, I am extremely patient, to make me lose my patience takes a lot.

Spifffylisa
She really didn’t bother me, until she was flaunting to me all these contests she won… And she the only place she won them, was in cults she owned.
Then, what really bothered me, is she has this picture, of her being seductive(?) on her profile. Please, it’s called dignity.

PimPancake
No, you aren’t better than me. Stop degrading people because they don’t meet your gender role criteria. Yes, I am femme. Yes, I am a boy. No, I don’t need to prove it to you. Get over it.

More to come.
Opinions

Same Sex Marriage

I can understand all the points of view on the topic of Same-Sex Marriage. Each person is entitled to their own opinion of it, until it infringes on others rights. Not being able to get insurance because of not being married, is infringing on rights. Not being permitted to see someone you love, because of not being married, is also infringing on rights. I think they should have the same rights as everyone else. It’s just a matter of rights.
However, on a lighter note, I do enjoy this link. It makes it seem obnoxious it is that we deny rights.

Equality Among People

No. Some people are not fit for things that others are. I know that’s a vague statement. Say someone with a less than 100 IQ (that’s average) wants to be a scientist, because he feels he’s equal to someone who has a 180 IQ (genius). Or say me, who can’t walk without tripping, is giving shots.
Equality would be idealistic, if everyone were the same, with the same thoughts, same ability to cope with things, looked the same, dressed the same, and had the same backgrounds, but we aren’t, and we don’t, and I couldn’t feasibly say that we ever would, so no, there isn’t equality among us. To end this, my one of my favourite quotes, “Colours paint the grey away.” Monotony would be a drag.
Plus you need differences among people to judge them. (OMGSH, like judging and labels are bad.)I think that without differences you wouldn’t be able to tell good from bad. If there was no good, you’d have to judge bad against. Equality in relativity.

Societal Equality

Yes. If you know what a gender role is, then, it isn’t equal. I don’t think it will ever be equal. Females are naturally weaker than men. I mean there are exceptions, but as long as you have rules, you’ll have exceptions.
In the work place, I believe that women can do just as well as men, and therefore should be paid the same. At home & societally, I think they should be treated the same. They are, in fact, people, however, as long as you have more men than women in power (of anything) you won’t see that change.

Nihilism

I personally have a belief system crossed between Nihilism and Universalism, and I have the belief that every religion is actually the same one. (Now I’ll almost guarantee I’ll have pissed off anyone who is religious, if you want to inbox me hate or questions feel free.) I do think there is some higher being. Somewhere. Someplace. I don’t think there is an afterlife, or any reward for being good, any consequences for being evil. I think you just die. That’s it, end of the line. Some people need something to live for, that little reward system, and if that is what keeps someone going, then good for them. They have their thing to live for. Some people need a place to vent and be told how to live. That’s fine too, if that is what keeps people living. However, I’ve yet to see proof of them, until then, I don’t think anyone, has the right to say nihilism is bad. I think it’s just as equal as every other religion.

Obesity

I can’t help but laugh at all the research. I don’t believe there are causes genetically linked to obesity. This problem has never been seen before. Everyone was active until computers were home-based, and available to everyone. People, always, do things in excess, this time it’s legal. I think in the last 3 days I’ve seen less than 20 people outside, and I live near a park. There are more entertaining things now, that don’t involve much effort.
True, there are such things as a high metabolism and diabetes. I think diabetes is directly related to obesity, and that obesity is related to lack of exercise. I think people will look for any excuse but themselves.

Personality vs. Looks
This one is hard to explain without coming off as an ass. I have worked in associations with community mental health clinics for 8 months. My family has been running an adult foster care home since I think 2001/2002. I have worked with people who are retarded (and yes, look it) and they have touched my life more than anyone else ever has. There are other people there who look absolutely normal, and are so off their rocker that, that it takes two, sometimes three adult males to handle them.
Now to actually tie that in, I think it’s a combination of personality and looks. With the training I’ve had, if people don’t take care of themselves, which involves the upkeep of how you look, then there is probably something wrong mentally, it could be a number of mental illnesses. I’ve learned to completely analyze people without meaning to. If something’s a little off kilter, I usually pick up on it within a couple minutes.
I think you need to spend time with a person to get to know them rather than judge them. Personality and looks depends on someone’s mood. You have to know all their moods before you can judge them.

Teenage Pregnancy

Teenage pregnancy, ugh. First off, where the hell are the parents?! Secondly, it isn’t that hard to keep it in your pants. I think every teenager should have to babysit a kid somewhere around age 2. I swear that has to be the best birth control. I don’t think kids, who can’t control their impulses, and can’t handle responsibility, should be having kids. They’re screwing up their lives, and they’re screwing up their kids lives. I’ve seen a couple kids born to teenage parents, and how they’re turning out. It isn’t pretty. There are some mature teenagers. But the ones who are mature, are the ones not having kids.

Public vs. Private Schooling

You can only move as fast as the slowest is going. I don’t like either, someone is going to hold you back, or you’ll be holding back someone. I prefer self-education. I’m currently teaching myself two languages, and trying to find my calculus & latin programs. I’ve learned more out of school, than in school. My brothers went to a private school, for some reason I didn’t, but they hated it. I think each person needs to find what works for them, and pursue that, instead of learning in a group. People think differently, therefore learn differently.

Suicide

I don’t think it’s wrong. I think it’s an inability to cope with your surroundings. I can understand being upset over a loss, but I feel terrible for those who survive the death. It’s a terrible feeling knowing you weren’t able help.
I think in schools, in health classes, and the like, there should be a course on coping mechanisms. Each student should be given someone they can reach. Students should be treated as people, not just another body in the classroom.

Religion

Oh boy, religion. This one cracks me up more than anything else. I can’t remember them all, but there are always the same five things to each religion/myth. One is that the hero is somehow related to the gods. Another is that there is some flood, and that someone receives news from the gods to build a boat. Humanity is exterminated at one point or another. There has to be some perilous journey to attain the hero status. I’m not going to go through each one to prove it, but if you look at any of the religions they all have that.
My personal religion, I can’t remember the name for it, but it’s basically singularity. The universe will collapse upon itself, and eventually, become the universe again. I’m also a bit of a nihilist. I do think there is some higher being. Somewhere. However, I’ve yet to see proof of them, until then I’m going to believe each is a myth religion.

Abortion

I love how everyone thinks that you should have the kid. I think you should think about what’s best for you and the child. If it will ruin your life, and the child’s, then it really isn’t worth it. I do believe you shouldn’t make the decision as you’re giving birth, and you break its neck before they’re born. My personal beliefs is that if you catch it before its first brain cell is formed, around two and a half months, then it isn’t a thinking person who has a mind. It’s a group of stem cells, and we all saw what happened with those.
Even if the mother is having a monthly abortion, that child, or those children, are better off not alive. They deserve a better lifestyle.
Morally and ethically, abortion is wrong. It is killing something. But human nature is survival of the fittest, -social Darwinism. You have to do what you have to do to survive.

Cloning and Stem Cell Research

I’m stepping over cloning to go to stem cells. I don’t believe cloning is all that great, however, using cloning to get stem cells, is definitely a way to go. If you had to watch your child die, because of something that could be fixed due to a cell, from an umbilical cord, that we just throw away- I think anyone would be pissed.
There’s a lady where my boyfriend works, her son most likely won’t live past 18 because of sickle cell anemia, something that can be fixed by stem cell research.
I don’t think we should be replacing like organs to people who are elderly, because they aren’t going to make it too much longer anyway, but to let someone waste away, when they’ve yet to reach their prime, is just pathetic.
