I am Bram Daray. I am of lamian descent. few know or understand us or our existence. we were nearly made extinct by the crusniks and the vampire hunts. many may confuse us with those of the kindred we are not the accursed they were destroyed long ago. the living lamia are all ancient and know the truest of loneliness.we may be of the oldest but we are not arrogant we hide among the other species and try to find our place in the new world of vamprye existence.Daray family some 2000 yrs ago where i met my future queen. the day they brought me to there plantation was the day my life changed forever.the day i met violette she was the most beutifal creature i had ever seen she was but a mortal child but she still intrigued me to no end. i aged as she did and the feelings i felt for her nvr left me . i feared i would endager her so i left. i went off and wandered the world.while away i experienced the worst betrayal possible. my adopted brother atempted to take my life. i reacted purely on instinct,and took his life he was nvr aware of what i was. our parents kept it from him. the last look he held was of hatred and disgust. that look still torments me today after all of these years.some yrs later i stoped my ageing permanently, i apear 20 at most. i decided to return home i couldnt stay away from Violette anylonger it hurt being away from her. but on the way to the plantation i stumbled on a woman being attacked by a pack of lycans. i defeated them but it was to late for her. i had to make a choice let her live in darkness or die in the lightt. she favored my dead brother and out of guilt i changed her. i later found out the reason for her apearance. she was his only child her mother died in child birth. she had found out about her fathers death and had come back to seak revenge. i explain the truth it affected her terribly. she forgave me, but was resistent to me teaching her the ways of the vamprye. i eventually convinced her after 5 yrs it was done. i was saddened bc violette would be celebrating her 26th yr and i was missing it. my newly made niece took her leave and i continued the frantically paced return to our families plantation. i arrived the night of violettes 26th birth. i was affraid she would hate me for the thing i had done, but as soon as she saw me she ran to me and was full of so much joy and happiness i couldnt resist my feelings anylonger and kissed her. we left the planation that night. i made her of the night as i had with our niece. i had finally found where i belong, by her side for all eternity.
