I'm never good at just "selling" myself like this. I fare so much better when asked direct questions, where I generally just prattle on. So to that end, I am going to type whatever does come to mind, and hopefully something within that is interesting... or at the very least makes sense. To start things off, I haven't been in Canada that long. Moved to Toronto in the Christmas of 09, which I might add I was rather disappointed with. The brochure had children having snowball fights, and making snowmen... I saw at best, children playing PSPs and making snow-mice. The place that I'm from... Australia, funnily enough, completely on the other side of the world, with a completely opposite climate (and yes, that does mean I have an accent, though I am told I sound rather British). The reason why I left Australia? Partly because I couldn't stand the heat, partly to leave bad memories where they belong... far away. As you may have noticed, I am rather sarcastic. So if you can't deal with a person that responds with most things with smart arsed or sarcastic responses, tis probably best you stop reading now. Also, if you can't handle a person that enjoys talks/debates on philosophy, culture, religion, and society in general, you should also probably stop since I tend to have moments of cynicism in regards to society. But don't get me wrong... I'm not cynical enough to go F the mainstream. I have more sense than to bite the hand that signs my paycheck. I merely accept the world for what it is... filled with both good and bad, for things don't exist in black and white, but a sliding scale of gray.
