stuff....djent metal aggressive Sirens of Poveglia Murdoc these are exclusive East Coast USA bands and I am USA but def not near them at all but their music calms me.....the more they yell and the more chaotic the sounds surround me the fuckin calmer i get. like shibari learning to do knots and be safe and controlled yoga calms me because anything that makes me stretch, pant, and challenge my flexibility makes the rest of my day pretty easy
