About Us We have found the path to an enlightened existance growing from the earth, the answers can be found all around us. forget everything that you know. it is time to lose yourself, to find it all, to open the door. the band now known as IRON TO ASHES began in 2007 under the name FLESH4CANDY. It began with founding member Michael Evans(vocalist) and Tony Kemp(drummer) and a few others that are no longer part of the group. after years of obstacles and auditions we finally found the men that would bring you ITA. Michael Evans, Tony Kemp, Matt Cates(lead guitarist), Danny Jones(rhythm guitarist), Josh Gotay(keyboardist), and Gabe Jones(bassist).

Influences The humming of the earth, the song of the trees, and the voices that rise out of nothing.the sound the world makes when there is no sound at all. we are heavily inspired and defined by our journies in the realms of higher conciousness. much of our current work is not as enlightening as the music we are wrighting for the second album. our musical influences are a lot of heavier death metal styles of music because it demands attention from the audiance but we are beginning to blend a lighter but still very powerfull side to the music in our newer projects.
