FACTS SPECIFIED IN MEDICAL CERTIFICATION UPON WHICH OPINION OF INSANITY IS FOUND

Patient V00008430497, Cell 130A, Ward C, was originally institutionalized here in the asylum back in 2009, known as the alias "Requiems". Somehow he escaped sometime within the early time of the year 2011, but no one noticed as he was laying dormant for a while. After a lengthy man-hunt, he was captured and brought back to the asylum... under a new alias "Inmate_J" during his escaped time.

Though very little is known about him, it is known that he is a musician at heart and one that is fond of the arts in general. He refuses to eat any meat products in the cafeteria, so it is assumed he is a vegetarian though we are unsure as he seems to have a calm manner when people eat meat around him and not once has he stated his views on vegetarianism.

Social interaction is kept to a minimal but respectable time. He is often shown to respond fairly well with polite conversation and compliments, but has a rather devious attitude to being "hit on".

Jay is a college student, getting special permission to leave the asylum to attend classes. Granted we have him in restraints and under the care of two guards. His schooling background seems to be a huge influence on who he is, even if it is unusual and a mystery having to gone to an unknown preparatory school.

Diagnosis

Jay is diagnosed with severe [CLASSIFIED]. This has made him develop into fields and traits that greatly benefit his mental disability. He is an avid lover of music, mainly of different genres as well as playing guitar; his main instrument of choice, piano, cello, and bass. Also a collector of vintage music records, slowly expanding over time. His audiophile tastes greatly benefit him during his treatments, but also his mental traits expand to other fields.

With a fascination for video games, it is speculated that Jay may be fascinated in escaping the real world to live as someone else in a fictional world. A sarcastic colleague of the asylum has commented on this being "digital larping". His fascination with fictionalized works of art steep into some dark corners.

Though never shown to be fixated on television channels for too long, before being convicted to the asylum there were reports of him owning and watching many epic films and often gore-filled horror films, and an avid fan of great stories or visual stimulation.

Symptoms

Some of the symptoms present is the distaste for mediocrity, as well as the distaste towards trends or often popular subjects that he has labeled to be under "mediocre". Under mumbled hushed words we were able to get a few examples on record tapes such as "Twilight" and "Hot Topic".

From observations and reports of the asylum staff there is evidence of Jay lashing out towards lazy and improper grammar. This is primarily due to the patient's schooling background and his influence from it. The death of a fifteen year old girl who wrote "wats up?" on his cell wall occurred last September. We have yet found the body...
