Profile: Hello. My name is Khlude (yes, it's my real name..) and I'm 20 years old. I'm American of German and Egyptian background, among other things. I don't identify at all with the Medditeranean side of my family though and I don't appreciate being considered exotic. That term is an insult to me since it's basically saying I'm less 'white' just because I'm not pureblood. I've been dyeing my hair since I was 15 and it's been almost all the colors of the rainbow minus red, orange, purple and pink, but my favorite color for it is black. I love body modifications (not to an extreme however) and plan to get a few ear cartilage piercings soon. Live in the same city and know of any reputable tattoo parlors? Please let me know. I'm a college student studying in hopes of attending University to get a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Journalism (minor undecided for the time being). But I'm also interested in becoming a model; though it's proving difficult to find a photographer and brands willing to give a newcomer a shot. I'm a muslim. And I'm not ashamed. I was born into the relegion, I didn't pick it. What this means in relation to you is that; I don't drink, I don't gamble with actual money, I don't eat pork and I don't sleep around. I have my disagreements with most muslims, but I'm not planning on leaving this relegion unless I meet the man of my dreams and he isn't a muslim (since I'm not supposed to marry someone who isn't a muslim apparently). I don't shove relegion down anyone's throat and despise extremists so I wouldn't want to try and force anyone to convert for me. I'd just convert to christianity as a last resort. Keeping in mind the above, I am NOT interested in flirting with you unless I seriously like you. And no I will NOT send you nudes. And even if I weren't a muslim, this would still apply. I'm no slut. I'm looking for real love, not some guy who'll leave me for the next hot chick that walks by. I can be extremely sensitive and it takes me too long to recover from heartbreak since I barely trust people to begin with and tend to be somewhat afraid of men. I hate people that are biased in any way based on a person's ethnicity, gender, relegion, sexual orientation (I happen to love gay guys) or preferred fashion (since I consider it a part of someone's personality. In my case it is anyway). If you fit any of these criteria, I don't see why you'd even bother striking a conversation with me. It's unfortunate that as a muslim I'm not supposed to marry someone who isn't one, but it's not out of bias, it's for perfectly logical reasons. I have a strong personality but don't test my patience, since I can't stand it if people try and change me.. I dress goth because I love it. I like my lingerie fancy and seductive, my make-up dark and my perfumes sweet and soft. I'm not who I am to impress anyone, to shock, to attract attention or to prove a point. I'm 100% myself 99% of the time. (The percentage I'm not completely myself being around relatives that are little kids or at possible mainstream public places of employment) I'm naturally petite thanks. And I don't appreciate being considered any less of a woman because of it. I had a tough childhood and even worse teenage years, so I've been around the block and am alot wiser for it than you think. Don't make the mistake of underestimating me. I have big dreams, I just need an even bigger will-power to accomplish them. People tell me I'm mature and intelligent for my age-and somewhat serious and cold. But I also have a lighter, fun, sincerely sweet side that people only get to see if they treat me with respect. I have a thing for metrosexual men-especially if they're of Eastern European or Japanese background-and I'm not embarassed to 'admit' it. What's not to love about a pretty guy who treats you right? I love my favorite bands very, very much and hope to meet at least a select few someday. If there's one thing that applies to them it's that they're genuinely sweet people. I only listen to music with a good message sung by good people. I just prefer not to fill my head with useless crap. I'm not interested in random friend adds so please don't request to be a friend unless we share things in common and you can tell we'd most likely get along. Thanks for reading this far if you did.
