I've been on VampireFreaks for a while now. I have met some of the worst, and some of the most loving people in my life here. My interests range from day to day. I am in college for Radiologic Technology, also referred to as RadTech school. And I am obtaining a dual degree in Paramedic. I've been in a lot of bands, all which seem to give up because of the lack of passion for music. I was born in New York, raised in Florida, and reside in New York again. I love to write and read poetry, also I am a song writer and musician. I play guitar and sing at a local cafe' La Vie Boheme on Friday nights where some of the most amazing people come out to share their inspirations. I am very friendly and easy to get along with, I'm the perfect person to know at 2:00am on a saturday morning. I'm a Cancer, so I am very territorial over my friends and family. I almost never get mad, and tend to go along with easy-going people. Basically your white bob marley, with boobs. I'm not racist, but if you choose to act black, then I will treat you accordingly. Meaning, I will hide my DVD Player, amongst other electronical values. I give everyone the time of day and my whole heart. Nothing short of who I am, and what I can be.
I haven't gotten love just right yet, but would like to believe I'm almost there. I'm a hopeless romantic, and not impressed by money or material things. I take each small thing in life as a miracle and a gift.I don't care what you drive, what you wear, or who you know. I have no religion, but believe in the good in people. I'm not so easily persuaded by religion, so please do not push that on me, you have better luck persuading a cheetah to be afraid of a mouse. I love going to the movies with friends and reading. I paint, draw, and do photography very well. I am probably the most loving and caring person you will ever meet (many have told me) and I will be the first you will never forget. I honestly choose personality over looks, while still believing in first impressions. I live everyday as if it were my last, and start each day as a fresh one with no mistakes in it. I believe that life is what we make it, and that all of this, is "the tension we live in"


Certain artists that inspire me to do my own work are Backseat Goodbye, Aesthetic Perfection, Dot Dot Curve, VNV Nation, the foals, Arms of Another, the Doppler effect, and way back when Billy Holiday was famous. I sometimes feel like I was born many decades too late. So many beautiful things in music and movies these days are remade, remastered, and redefined to the point where it loses all originality. I love older big band music as well as symphony. I have learned that if you cannot appreciate all kinds of music, how is everyone else supposed to appreciate yours? Just some food for thought. -Ry. <3
