Profile: Hey, I'm Josh aka Ginger Snapps or the Havok, I'm 27. I'm from Terre Haute, IN. I'm a drummer been playing since I was 3,been bmx biking for over 12yrs. I'm agnostic. I have a 4yr old son named Joshua Gage. We call him Gage. He's a jr. Havok.He loves music, especially metal! Gage loves to play my drums a lot,he's getting good for only being 4 yrs old!!! I am working on music alot,going to be building a home studio soon. which will be known as The Havok studios powered by Zack Flak productions. I currently live in Brazil indiana but will be moving back to Terre Haute in oct.after the new house is done being remodeled. Which is sweet because it is only like 2 blocks from my g-ma's house. I was born there and lived here all but like 6 months of my life. I'm in a band called Zack Flak which is an industrial metal experimental band. I spend most of my time playing drums,(when possible) I've currently been working on my foot speed as far as double bass playing goes, currently my fastest timing is approx. 260-320 BPM. (BEATS PER MINUTE)which is really fast, if have played vs. a drum machine and have kept up with it at high speed.and if i'm not drumming then i'm biking at the skate park .i also really enjoy going muddin'/off roading.i currently have a 2001 jeep cheeroke with a 3inch lift kit sporting 31x10.50x15 cooper discover mts. i'm getting ready to put more offroad stuff on it like a winch and more lights and what not. Equipment I use: My drums are yamaha stage custom cherry red laquer),pearl double bass pedals for when i don't have room too setup both bass drums and for the 95% of the time when i use both bass drums i use the axis next generation black long boards with the extra wide foot boards,dw hi hat stands,pearl icon drum racks,gibralter cymbal arms and snare stands,gibraltar (9.5 mm l-rod style) tom arms,aquarian heads,zildjian cymbals,metal factory effect cymbals,aquarian cymbal springs,easton ahead drumsticks(5a nylon ball tip)shure mics,ultimate mic stands and clip on mounts,monster cables,I use an Alessis DM5 sound controller and D-drum triggers with double XLR connections. My shell sizes are twin 22x17 basses, 14x5 snare , 8x8 10x9,12x10,14x12 all hanging toms .
