My music, mates and poetry are my life.

Ive been writing poetry since I was 7 and have gotten pretty good at it. Its getting tougher to write new and interesting poems of late since I have written about nearly all there is to write about. I play keyboards and am beginning the lyric writing process with Rhys for a progressive metal band called Solais (you can visit us @ www.myspace.com/solais and we are prepping for gigs and hopefully should be ready before the year is out.

I am in love with Tegan, she is the most wonderful girl in the world and she has made me happy in ways I never dreamed. I miss her when shes gone and I love every second she is with me. She is truly all I need.

I've been told Im a deeply philosophical person with a rather unique outlook on life and indeed the world around me. I can be your best friend or your worst enemy, the choice however is entirely yours. To light a candle is to cast a shadow. Your actions will dictate my response.

Im an easy going person and I enjoy the simple shit in life, Im a major romantic, women have come and gone but I believe at last I may have found the one I have been searching so endlessly for. I hold my closest friends very dearly and I will stand and defend them and be there for them till the last gasp of air escapes me.

I am a self confessed geek in that I love gaming, anime, reading and all things between and associated with.

There is little left in this world to cherish I believe and it is a rather cold and un-inviting place locked in a sorry state of affairs. We make war with each other of trivial things with seemingly little or no reason. Guns in the hands of our children and bombs in the hands of thier parents. We are abundant with drunkards and murderers, you cannot turn on the TV or radio without hearing how someone was raped or beaten. 90% of todays parents let thier pre-teen kids dress like complete sluts with little regard to thier safety.

We are a world based on the image of perfection and that you cannot get by in this world without huge boobs or charming good looks.

We have, I believe, forgotten what it means to be human, that imperfection is not ugly and ugliness isnt imperfection. That there is more to every person that simply what you see or appear to see on the surface. Our minds and imaginations have been barred and I feel for those who never let thier minds run free every once in a while.

All this said I am by no means a hateful person, and while I know there is major issues with the times we live in, there are plenty of things that bring a smile to my face.

My girlfriend, Rainfall, Dark stormy nights, The smile on the face of an innocent child who does not yet know the terrors of this world. Love, Butterflies, Early morning frost, Sunsets, Music, Friends, Sitting and staring at the moon and the stars, Winter in general.

Well this section used to be like a "what I want for anyone seeking a boyfriend" list, but since then, one lady saw that list and she sought me out and captured my heart (through this site is how we met in fact!) and I no longer need to have it there. She is everything I wanted and more. I am very much in love.

I may have found that small piece of happiness we all seek, and few of us ever find.
