Profile: Greetings there... I am Shirley Cools. I am 23 years old, I was born on the 3rd August 1987 in Kapellen. I live with my family, my mother Marilyn Sienes, my father Alexander Cools, my little brother Dave Cools. We live in a house in Essen. Last year I studied sales and window dressing because I think you need to be creative and you need to be a bit social. This year I'm studying for hairdresser and looking for a job. I guess we’re all here to search which path we want to walk on and see what the future will bring. In our life we’ll meet a lot of people, friends who might come and go, but still, I’m grateful to get to know people who are interesting, funny, intelligent and listening to the words that you’re saying… I probably don’t say it all that often that I like my friends the way they are, but I still have enough time to make that up. I’m a good listener if you want to tell me something and if I can help, I will always try to do that. I’m a bit shy but once I get to know you, I can be very talkative. I love to write poems and get to know new people. I like it when people are creative and that they dare to be different. I like to hang around with travesties, I like their lifestyles, their thoughts, the person “behind the mask”. I love to sing, it has always been a dream of me to sing since I was a little child. Soon, I will start a project with some friends, to sing in a band. Ayumi, a travesty I know has offered me the opportunity to sing with her, we are going to write our own songs and she is going to play the guitar. I also love to make pictures of other people and myself, so I can see that I am having fun and that I am enjoying the moment. I often go to the forest and think about life and its meaning. I love my friends for who they are. Personally I think looks don’t matter, it’s the person inside that really counts. I love to have rain pouring down on me… It makes me feel alive even for just a little while. I like to cuddle and to be cuddled. I love attention and unexpected situations. Wishing well is like a magical word to me, I like to say it, think it and sing it. It makes me happy, like taking worries away… I adore my “mirror girl” Kirsten, we look alike, we react in the same kind of way, she has been a fantastic friend for many years. For some reason I love to feed people, I guess I can call it a habit already, because I like chubby people. I guess I just like people who dare to be different and do not follow the mainstream… I think it is amazing when people still have dreams, to become or to achieve something in their lives. For example, someone who wants to wrestle or wants to become a woman, I support those kind of dreams. I think it is important to support people and let them know that you do believe in them. So, you can make them feel secure of themselves and they will make you feel good about yourself in their own special ways. I do not really care about how people look or should be, I think personality is way more important and if you can get along with them or not. I have friends who are “disabled”, chubby, skinny, tall, small, punk, goth,other roots or nationalities … I like it when people can be unique in their own ways. I appreciate good conversations, giving respect to others and getting it back in return. I love silence, going to woods and castles. I can enjoy a walk by day or night, going to a quiet place and enjoy the surroundings. I also like to watch the stars, wish and dream for happy days and interesting people. I dislike people who think they are better than someone else, arrogance, abuse, reapers, liars, betrayal, rejecting looks, ugly teeth or smelly mouths, people who constantly think of their reputation, people without respect, narrow-mindedness, hate feelings, suicide, feeling alone. I like to smile, giggle, laugh and unexpected situations, like when someone tells you that you are wearing something pretty, or that they like your style, music, or just say that you have to stay yourself… I like it a lot when you just get to know someone on your way to some destination. I like to read fantasy books, poems, e-mails and letters. I think people nowadays often forget that the person within is important and having an opinion instead of looks, reputation and popularity, but instead of thinking about the essence of life, they just follow the crowd. I like to listen to different kinds of music, but the most important think of it all is that there has to be a meaning in the lyrics, it has to recall a feeling, memory… I like to listen to heavy, power and folk metal. I also like to listen to medieval music, folk, classic music, … I think music with piano, violin and bagpipes are amazing!Likes: My mirror girl Kirsten and my friends! Transexual people, chubby people! I like music, I also like to sing, going to the woods, having a good conversation, giving respect to others and getting it back in return..., I like silence, going to places nobody may go, going to castles, acting strange, hang out with friends, writing poems, fairies, attention (sometimes), I love to make pictures of myself and other people because I love to have memories of the fun times that I often make... I like unsolved mysteries, I like to get to know new friends, tarot, watching a movie, ... Medieval events. Meeting people back that you haven't seen for so many years...Dislikes: People who think they're better than someone else, irritating people, arrogance, reapers, people who lie, people that betray, rejecting looks..., people that constantly stare at you, ugly teeth, people who think they are interesting but obviously aren't, people who laugh with other people, people without respect, narrowminded people, goats => girls and boys who act like they're the best thing and the only good thing in the world,...Favorite Music: Heavy metal, Power metal, Folk metal, Gothic...
