FLASH CHAT RULES/GUIDELINES

CONSISTENTLY PUSHING THE RULES -CAN- GET YOU MUTED AND/OR BANNED FROM CHAT!!

-NO NUDITY/PORNOGRAPHIC IMAGES OR ACTIONS
*This includes focusing the cam solely on your bra/undies/boxers for attention. Save the 'flaunting' (still NO NUDITY) for 18+ and 21+, provided you are old enough for those rooms!*

-NO sexual/explicit content via audio or text

-NO derogatory content/comments/texts/links. (IE: racism, racist terms, etc.) (Please see the Definitions For Dummies section for reference)

-IN REGARDS TO CAPS: In 'chat speak', CAPS = YELLING, so try to keep it to a minimum. If it gets annoying/excessive (to the majority of the room) and you are asked to stop, please do so or you will be muted.

-If your profile has a FAKE AGE, you will be removed from Age Related Rooms (13-18, 18+, 21+). If you are overaged/underaged for a room, you will also be removed and possibly banned if it continues. BAND PROFILES MUST HAVE AN AGE LISTED FOR ALL MEMBERS ON THE PROFILE TO BE IN AGE RELATED ROOMS!!(This does NOT include Chat Admins or Patrol)

-More Mature Content IS ALLOWED in 18+ and 21+ provided it does not get xxx graphic or turn into actual cybersex.

-NO flooding, cybersex, excessive flaming/fighting and NO BRIGHT OR NEON FONT COLORS!(Please see the Definitions For Dummies section for reference)

-DO NOT discuss how to commit illegal activities (IE: how to steal, use or make drugs, how to make bombs, etc.) DO NOT show illegal activities on cam.

-NO OBVIOUS DRINKING OF ALCOHOL ON CAM (except in 21+)

-DO NOT encourage anyone to cut/self-harm or show cutting/self-harm on cam.

-DO NOT hit on/flirt with minors!(with the following age exceptions: 18yr. old-no one under 16, 19yr. old-no one under 16, 20yr. old-no one under 17) DO NOT EVER send sexual comments, suggestions, etc to ANYONE UNDER 18, not even in jest!

-IF YOU ARE A MINOR, DO NOT BAIT (this means do not hit on adults, with exceptions outlined in the section above, in sexual or overly flirtatious manner)!!

-DO NOT spam the chat with links, text, etc. (occasional links are ok)

-DO NOT try to start any trouble or drama with other users. This INCLUDES DRAMA VIA AUDIO. If drama DOES happen, please stop when asked.(Exception: Roleplaying)

-DO NOT encourage the bashing of others. Personal vendettas and issues should be dealt with OUTSIDE of the Chat and VF.

-REGARDING CAMS/AUDIO: It is considerate to ASK before viewing someones cam/listening to audio, especially if you don't know each other, BUT NOT REQUIRED. Chat is PUBLIC, so if you do NOT want to be viewed/listened to, turn off your cam/audio. If you use viewing cams/listening to audio to start drama, harass, etc., you WILL BE removed from chat.

-BEING DRUNK/UNDER THE INFLUENCE IS NOT AN EXCUSE FOR VIOLATING THE RULES!!

-DO NOT QUESTION AN ADMINS ACTIONS IN CHAT! If you have a problem, INBOX the Flash Chat profile, ScarlettVamp OR the Admin directly.

Please do your best to respect the other users while in VF Chat. This means NO continuous malicious or nasty insults/harassment to start drama. IF someone proves themselves to be an idiot, a little deserved flaming is ok, BUT don't dish it if you can't take it and don't take it too far. If told to stop by Admins/Patrol, DO SO!

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS IS JUST THE INTERNET!! People are going to take little jabs at various times. Learn to laugh it off if it's something minor. ONLY malicious or nasty continuous insults/harassment will be dealt with by staff. If no staff is present, you MUST provide a SCREENSHOT (definition and guidelines provided in the FAQ section) of the offense if you wish to have it handled. This DOES NOT mean you can just go around harassing people for fun.

If you wish to converse with people in another language, go to the appropriate chat room (IE: Canada for English and French, Espanol for Spanish languages, Europe for ALL other languages). If you are in the any other room, please use English.

The Chat Admins are there to make your chat experience more enjoyable. Please treat them with respect. (anyone maliciously insulting the ops will be kicked...repeat offenders will be banned)

Nudity on cam will get you BANNED.

Sexual talk on voice will get you BANNED.

Graphic content (be it sexual, gore, etc. via any method) can get you BANNED

Violation of any other rules will get you kicked from the room. Repeated offenses can get you muted and/or banned from the chat or could cause suspension of your VF account. IF YOU CONTINUALLY VIOLATE RULES DAILY AFTER WARNINGS/KICKS, YOU MAY NOT RECEIVE A WARNING BEFORE A BAN!! Length of ban will be left up to the discretion of the Chat Admins, based on the nature and severity of your offense.

DO NOT BAN EVADE! If you get caught it could result in harsher punishments. (IE: site suspension or deletion)
