TALE OF THE ENERGY VAMPIRES:

After many years of wandering, Linda Daemon and Tommy Muratore finally met in June, 2003. After a year of bloodshed and pointless partying with Marcell; Linda and Tommy were married in June,2004. Marcell was the best man. This is where our story begins:

Mr. And Mrs Muratore were both musicians playing in different bands, but had a mutual dream of playing in the same band someday. They even knew that their band of horror would be named (after watching Natural Born Killers for the umpteenth time one night) DRUGZONE. When the time and oppurtunity arose, they both died in their previous bands and resurrected to start Drugzone.
They already had an idea of who the rest of their companions would be. They needed some perverted and grotesque minds to help them on their quest to world domination. Marcell was the evident drummer. All three of them knew DJ Dio, who had befriended them many years before (what a coincidence), and he was not in prison at the moment, so he was smashed on the head, and kidnapped forever.

Attila Muratore is Tommys older brother, an evil pyromaniac, and also a sick genius when it comes to writing songs. It took a lot of effort to dig him out of his grave, and quite a long while to bring him back to life, but Drugzone was born, although something was still missing

Drugzone started writing their evil melodies in November, 2004. They gave birth to Make Me Kill at their very first seance. Many other children followed afterwards, four of which were recorded at a studio in the immortal village of Érd. The demo was titled: Let Our Music Be Your Drug, and was shortly growing to be loved by other energy vampires, who started showing interest in Drugzone. Let us call them drugzonites, but we shall get back to them later.

The band started their search for the final member in March, 2004. It was a long journey with many hardships along the way, but a young dreamer was appointed to the task of bass player. His name: Johnny Ian. Things didn't work out with Johnny, so the main members of Drugzone parted ways with him later on in 2008.

A plan was made and word started getting round that something new and evil was in town. More and more humans were being reborn as drugzonites and joining Drugzone in their quest, sucking the energy from average people. Meetings were held, and fear was brought to all who didnt join them.

Four more songs were recorded in Fantomas Studios and the new promo cd was titled: Digital Screams.

Drugzone are a hard-working, outrageous band. Their concerts are full of props, costume changes and loads of blood. They are the masters of horror and everything out of the ordinary.

They shall unite the freaks and monsters of the earth, and with the help of the loyal drugzoneites, they shall bring new terror to the world with their dark-goth-electronic-rock music!!!

Hello, my Industrial Beauty!

So if you say such it about Dope Italians, they really surpass all those bands, who's ill with Olympus god mania.

So you moved to another kindergarden, just beause of dislike to French? And I always wanted exactly that language to be international. At mu opinion. it sounds very noble, if I can
say it about the language in English.

Oh, so your government is also very avid & careless. Every your word said about Hungarian politicans fits perfectly to Russian ones. Absolutely same situation. So starting musician career in your country also should be very risky. I'm glad to know, possible difficulties didn't frighten you, when you've made a decision to devote yourself to music.

Wanted to say, that liked your last video. You look in it like if you really was such a staunch misanthrope, haha. Video in general looks like a trailer to some horror movie. What I liked most: is that there were no flesh pieces flying around with gushing blood, instead - just zombie look of musicians & journey to rooms & walking through halls of that haunted asylum-like building. At least song is valuable enough even without any videos. Especially like sound of chorus in it.

You're welcome.

Oh, wow!
That's a lot of colors!
What's your natural hair color though?
I haven't been as bold with my choice of hair color.
I've got strict parents.
LOL.

Oh, Queen of the Damned is an amazing book so I do suggest that you read it after you're done with that one.
They're practically part of history already.
If not, they are in my book.
LOL.

Yeah, the purple actually looks good on you.
There was a toxin?
Eeep.
They prolly used a really pungent bleach that damages the scalp.

Are you open to trying other colors or get a mix of it? :-)

Spring would be lovely because of all the colors.
It would contrast black, really.
That'll look amazing.
I can't hardly wait to see the outcome! :-)

*Sorry if I took so long..
I've been reading heaps of books.

Hi!
That is even more pleasant to know, that Dope guys don't feel themselves too special, when they are among colleagues, & that their smiles to listeners at backstage aren't some part of competent strategy.

You are from Canada! My best on-line friend is from Canada... & some of my favourite chansonniers are also Canadains. Well,.. it's a bit out of topic. :-)
So you wer born in city, where's exactly French is most used language, official, if I may say, as I understood.
Oh, not surprising your voice moves (not best verb, I know, but can't remember any more suitable one in English at the moment), if you've been singing since 3. Thanks to your parents, that they made a right decision for you then.
Sorry, but after your answer another question arose in my head: does Hungarian government financialy support young musicians? I'm really curious, cause over here even finishing studying at school is not enough to get any job, no matter in what realm, cause for starting musician's carrer, you need either finished classical education at any conservatoires or lots of money, arose from nowhere.

I've always thought, that formers & headliners of bands should be happy most of all other members with what they do. And there's again no band without them. But it's also huge responsibility, which many of people are only happy to shift onto anyone, especially in sphere of art people. That's really like a baby - have to care about it all the time. But it definitely worths all work with such a results. :-)

Hi, Linda!
That's what your last post in journal was about, I guess - about your concert with Dope Stars. :-) I was at their last concert in Russia & sure, that have enjoyed it not less than that Russian girl enjoyed their & yours performance. :-) Not sure, if musicians enjoyed it after having business with some crook over here. That was the first time, I saw guys' live & should say, that liked not only their acting on scene, but also their acting after the concert - no even a shade of star fever. I'm very glad, that more & more musicians from Europe come to Russia, American clones are becoming a bit annoying.
It's all my pleasure to write not only talented, but also very pleasant person. I wanted to ask you if university/ college, where you've studied was connected anyhow with musical realm or it was only your enthusiasm, that made perfect yourself in vocals.

Hello, dear Linda!
Now is my turn to be thankful, so I am - for your reply, which I was very pleased to get.
That is very true: people in web most of the time offend with badly covered joy instead of making compliments. It seems to be so easy - to tell shit not in person, being nothing self & trying to get rid of inferiority complex.

It would be wonderful to see you with the band in Russia one day. Who knows? Maybe it will happen once. :-)

Lots of love, Julie

Another photo shoot?
Wow, you're fully booked. :-)

Toni misses Shanelley more than food! LOL.

Greetings. I usually don't check music on here. Today was in mood to listen to anything new & decided to check creative work of added me band. I was glad, I did it. Can't leave without pointing out Linda's voice, that impressed me in best possible way not less than her image.
With best wishes, Julie.
