Profile: I am a Jill-of-all-Trades. I make things, and I take them apart. I fix things, but more often than not I'm the one who broke them in the first place.Of late, I've been spending too much time on the disassembling, but of course - you understand. You can see a meager few examples of things I've made in the "Made Things" folder in my picture gallery; mostly books at the moment, more clothing later. A Note on Components: Just to clear the air, and answer the ever-present question - all dead things (bugs, skulls, bones et al.) in my jewelry and books are found that way, and so are cruelty-free. Unless, of course, you consider fate cruel - but I have little if nothing to do with that. Thank you. (a sweeping bow, and then curtain.) I live in the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Carolina - and have for well over half my life. I will continue to do so until I am a cackling old crone; at which point I plan on being devoured - post-mortem, by the sixty or so cats I expect I'll have by then.  I am now also a "root" in a literature cult. When taken out of context, that sentence is suggestive in ways best not thought of.
