My name is Rebecka, the spelling is funny and I think my parents are dyslexic. I like being called Bec or Becky, not Rebecka, because Bec is easier for me and you =] and I hate it when people spell it wrong, so nicknames are safer =P

I work at a Chinese restaurant, and I'm not sure if I like it or not. It's a love/hate thing at the moment.
I collect Buddha statues...I have quite a lot of them around my room. I don't know much about Buddhism, but I do occasionally meditate on principles involved. To relax, I especially follow Tilopa's six words of advice, it's how I solve most of my problems. I try to just go with the flow.
I like to listen to music and just hang around with my friends. I have a sister called Michelle (Mishy) who is also on this site. :D
I'm not a girly girl, we'll leave it at that.
I'm a pretty quiet person, unless you get me with my friends, then I'm loud. Same goes for when I'm angry.
I love to watch horror movies because I like being scared out of my wits =] but most don't scare me at all unless it's something that could possibly happen to me. I'd rather watch a horror movie with some sort of story line, but the usual "violence-for-no-reason" vibe is fine by me.
I like reading Stephen King and Anne Rice books because they're written really well and eloquently.
I HATE racism, and just plain bigotry, with a passion so if you're a bigot don't be. :)

I used to be a pretty big 'hip hop head', but that's changed because hip hop today is pretty poor. With the exceptions of a few which I still listen to.
Nowadays, I enjoy listening to Coheed and Cambria a lot, and The White Stripes, a bit of System of a Down and Disturbed...and basically anything I think sounds good. I just like to keep a variety of music in tow.
