DISCLAIMER: While I acknowledge the fact that VampireFreaks is popular to many people who are not fans of gothic/industrial music, I personally prefer to meet people who are involved with the music and the scene. If you're not even remotely involved, I probably wont add you as a mutual friend or have any reason to talk to you, sorry. No offense meant to people of other tastes or subcultures, I respect your preferences as much as my own... but I'm on a gothic/industrial site for a reason.

I'm a dark romantic/psychological horror writer in my spare time, and an immense underground music enthusiast. Very shy to some, very social to others. I'm known for taking a flamboyant degree of interest in dark alternative makeup, hairstyles, models, and fashion as a hobby... a makeup artist of no certificate. I dress and act quite androgynously, without any denial whatsoever. I love beautiful people and making people beautiful, to say the least. I state what I think, and stand for what I believe in, with high respect and understanding of others beliefs... but never total submission to another's beliefs. I also have a very good sense of satire, and take little to no offense from anything people say. Perhaps the most integral part of my personality is that I am an excellent advice giver... I'm quite renowned for my ability to listen to continuous crying, ranting, bitching, wining, and otherwise silly phrases for expressing one's negative emotions. I will always listen, and will never judge a person if they have come to me for help.
I'm a small-time "guerrilla" gothic/industrial DJ of sorts, under the current name Amphedark... I don't want to be well known. What I mean by that is I don't DJ at events or clubs, but rather use any means available to promote and get the music out. I respect what (good)established gothic/industrial DJ's do very much... however, I simply strive to spread the word of amazing underground goth/industrial bands from around the world, be it Germany, Japan, or Argentina. Above all: if you like the music, support the artist! Buy music, be reasonable, be thoughtful. We are the underground... any support, however meager, is directly aiding the artist.
I mainly just use VampireFreaks as a music/fashion resource... but finding new friends never hurts. I'm always up for meeting interesting people. I don't bite, I promise. ^,..,^ I'm also more than happy to help bands in need of promotion, as my soul first and foremost belongs to music. If you're in my top friends... that usually just means I find you interesting, I love your sense of fashion, or love the music you make... I don't stalk you and stare at your pictures/status updates while breathing through my mouth. xD

Gothic/Industrial music, stomping to oontz, caffeine (lots of it), extravagant dark fashion, adrogyny (lots of it, too ^^), ripped fishnets, colorful synthetic falls, obscure foreign zombie movies, pale skin, BDSM, piercings, sleep deprivation, tea, philosophy, altruism, poetry, helping friends and giving advice to people in need, a cigarette every now and then, etc.
Sex, drugs, makeup, industrial, musing... you know, that kind of skulduggery. ^^
Dislikes
I try not to bias, I'm generally a really open minded person. I do admit that I dislike most public radio, most public television, people who don't take care of themselves, close minded-aggressive people, sports, evangelism, and generally anything that ruins a positive social experience. I also admit that I dislike people on VampireFreaks who wouldn't know goth or industrial if it came up and kicked them in the teeth. I hate normality, it honestly bores me to death.
Favorite Music
I love a great many genres of music, but mainly specialize in hellektro (aggrotech/terror EBM), electro-industrial, and EBM as a whole. I've also been known to listen to gothic rock, deathrock, darkwave, hardcore techno, industrial metal, black metal, hardcore punk, post-punk, new wave, dark ambient, industrial rock, visual kei, etc. etc. If you'd like a taste, my music player is ample flavor... I update it rather frequently, deleting and adding new tracks at my leisure. You can also check my band list, it's rather extensive, yet it will never be complete. xD If you want to find new terror EBM to sate your sick fetish, listen to some music, check out some banners, maybe check my band list... feel free to hang out. ^.~
